Why can't I open this box properly

Dear Carol,

I am using PSP 2019 If I try to add the location  of files the box doesn’t open properly, do you know how i can rectify this problem please? I couldn’t seem to take a screen shot so I took a photo using my camera. Thank you for any help you can give me.

I am not 100% sure it is a PSP issue, but maybe a Windows issue.

Have you tested with another version of PSP to see if it behaves the same?

Have you tried double-clicking on the top bar of that window (sometimes it will “maximize” it)?

In the meantime, if you are stuck, can you use the arrow keys on the keyboard to navigate through that list?

Hello Carol,

Thank you for coming back to me but what I did eventually was to delete the program and re-install it and it is fine now so I think it must have been the program I had. But now we know if anyone else has the problem, another lesson learnt!!

I am looking forward to stating the workshop tomorrow…
