Video quality for live classes

Have you attended live classes in the last few months? Did you notice that the last 2 or 3 classes had a very bad video quality? I also noticed it and could not understand why. My internet speed was 200MB/s, however, in the last few months it was “only” 80-90MB/s, which should still be more than enough for live streaming, but I was curious why the speed seemed to have come down, while I was still paying the same thing.

Tuesday, I contacted my internet provider and the agent confirmed that I SHOULD have more than 80-90MB/s speed. In addition to sending me a new modem to replace the existing one (she said was an old model), she did reboot it and reset something. Now, the speed has gone up to 580MB/s!!!! Hopefully, the next live class will not be blurred!
