Maybe I’m doing something wrong, but I’m getting an error when trying to view the video.

Hi, Michele, I think it’s too early.

It says 9 Am UTC -3, which is Carole’s time… Now it is  +/- 7:20 AM her time… You are in New York, +/- 6:20 UTC -4, so you still have a couple of hours to watch it live at 9 Am.

        Best wishes

I have learned a lot about using templates in my classes here. The one for the rock band Queen was for our Hobbies Challenge and I used the same one to showcase my daughter’s beloved Lolajean who passed last year.

Allo Carole, félicitations pour tes 10 ans. C’est vraiment super intéressant. J’ai fait ce projet suite au tutoriel The Out of this world/ out of bounds.

Ce n’est pas parfait mais je continue de m’améliorer.

Thanks, Cristina. I thought each day’s video would be available until the next one was posted.

Well done Carole for your initiative and skill starting up Scrapbook Campus. You are a resourceful and gifted lady. Thank you for the encouragement to us all.

I’m sorry Cindy for your sadness. What a terrible time.

I want to use PSP to showcase my photographs in various ways. I am hoping to have more time in the future to be able to join in more.  Just over a year ago I registered for the Basic Scrap course 1. This is one of my favourite images from having completed the course a couple of times. It is from Module 3 where we covered, shadows, inner bevel and vertical text.

impossible to find the master class on “creating a plaid paper” with paintshop pro ???? it’s too old ????
I create one for a challenge on the forum TheStudio with one of my photos. I don’t know if you accept it ???
                    here’s my result

Nadine, you’ll find several plaid tutorials in the creative scrap. Off the top of my head, I don’t recollect creating a plaid paper in the masterclasses. I may be wrong. May I suggest you go to the creative scrap, and add one of the plaid links to you lovely page.

it’s crazy all the creations I made LOL I have a lot of trouble finding the tests made with your tutorials. Must say that I do a lot of scraps and put on 4 external disks 😉

Here is a Word Frame I made from Lab8- Module 2 https://scrapbookcampus.com/the-lab/lab-8-module-02/ of the expansive Alberta (CAN) skies and the often very colorful sunrises (shown here) and sunsets.  I love this technique and will use this often.  I will work on centering the top word better next time (depending on the composition of course).  These smaller tutorials in the Creative Scrap or Lab sections are really great for learning how to use the tools in PSP.

Congratulations on the 10 year scrapbook campus Carole !
I discovered paintshop pro in 2004. Then I followed all kinds of tutorials on the internet. I discovered the Campus in 2017, since October 2020 I have a Diamond membership and since then I have learned a lot about, and what one can do with Paintshop Pro.
You are a super good teacher, the tutorials and video turorials and webinars are always very clearly explained.
The fact that one can download the videos and/or the handout or notebook of the tutorial is super handy! and very nice that there is an extra download of a template, and/or font.
                                Thank you !

This creation is from February 2020 I made with this tutorial https://scrapbookcampus.com/2019/01/out-of-bound-technique/

Nadine, the video is from the creative scrap. Not a masterclass as I suspected. Either way, you have been able to learn how to create a plaid paper, which is lovely.

5 ways to keep text legible on a photo

I  find it  is very important  that the text is legible and  easy to read. You never who is going to read it, and whether they have  20 20 vision or visionally impaired, anyone should be able to read what I write.

Lovely things being posted. I found this one I did in 2014. I can’t believe how long ago i did this after the Monogram in Style webinar. So many things to find that I have done over the years. I have no idea whose font I used but all the other images I have made myself. I must have used the interlacing technique as well with the ribbon. TFL

I followed lessons since PSP 7 on the internet, but never really understood why you do things the way you do with PSP, since I found the campus and all it had to offer, I’ve learned so much more! Wish I found this campus earlier in my working with PSP history 😀

Like Sue T, I always have the “Tips & Tricks for Paintshop Pro”  book on hand, next to the PC! And that’s how I made the lights glow in this layout that was done for the week challenge “Lights” in October 2020. I had been making a scrapbook of my stay with my daughter and the grandkids in the USA and added this page to it.

Carole I agree with you on the versatility of the use of masks! I’m becoming a great fan of that technique and use it often now I have learned to make them myself.

Cindy hope everything will turn out well for you and your family in the end.

Here is a page I created for Love Story Challenge 2021 – Day 2. This was the first time I learned how to create a plaid using the colors from a photo.

I learned about bubbles and balls filter and wondered if I’d ever  find a use for it.

well I did. I used that filter and some fancy shadow work to make this compass. learned about shadows  from one of the recent shadow master classes.

I see the Love Story Challenge is very popular. It’s where I learned a lot about masks and how to create a plaid from the colors in a photo.
