    H = Heavenly Hash, I read it is similar to rocky road and was sold initially in L.A.

    Yes Bonnie, the same for me,  I would not have heard about ketchup, oyster, rocky road and so  on … 🙂

    I = Imbe (also known as mangosteen … which does not taste like mangoes!) Imbe fruit come from Africa. According to cook, Barbara Kafka, imbe ice cream costs about $60.00 to make one pint!!!

    X = Xigua (a watermelon mostly grown in China and often used to make mochi ice cream which is a scoop of ice cream covered in a sticky pounded rice layer to form a little parcel of ice cream!)
