H = Heavenly Hash, I read it is similar to rocky road and was sold initially in L.A.

I = Imbe (also known as mangosteen … which does not taste like mangoes!) Imbe fruit come from Africa. According to cook, Barbara Kafka, imbe ice cream costs about $60.00 to make one pint!!!
K = KG, that would probably be a commercial size tub of ice cream (not enough room in my freezer!)

X = Xigua (a watermelon mostly grown in China and often used to make mochi ice cream which is a scoop of ice cream covered in a sticky pounded rice layer to form a little parcel of ice cream!)
Y = Yaslum, a russian coffee-flavored ice-cream I found, may be similar to the white russian of Bonnie
Xigua looks a bit like pineapple, Annie!
E = Elephant tracks, another fancy name I found for “peanut butter and chocolate fudge swirled in chocolate ice cream”
