This one is from the Basic Scrap course Module 3. This solitary tree was a constant landmark on the horizon (zoomed in photo) on my lockdown walks.

This is my sandwich from my second bootcamp.
  5. Hi Michelle, Orzo is just roasted barley so it could be a lot easier on your stomach. It certainly is missing all the chemicals you find in coffee that cause problems for a lot of people. The hardest thing with orzo is finding somewhere that sells it. With lockdown and Brexit issues it stopped being sold quite as freely in the UK. I love it because it looks like coffee so I don't feel as if I'm missing out as much.
  6. I don't drink 'real' coffee but I have a lovely substitute - barley coffee which is called Orzo. The photos are from the web. The papers are from Jessica Dunn's Old Farmhouse Kit.
  7. N = Natural Process [a traditional method of processing coffee where the coffee cherries are spread out to dry in the sun]
  8. Lesson 6 using Carole's Colored Pearls Picture Tube.
  9. I'm loving seeing what everyone is producing - so many wonderful vectors. My lesson 5 results below. I started looking for images but a lack of time made me pull back and focus just on learning the techniques.
  10. Selecting nodes I thought I'd share a tip. On some shapes I had problems with selecting the nodes. What I did was click on the visibility icon (the eye)- this takes all the colour out of the image and leaves you with the shape and much clearer nodes. To check how you're doing just click on the eye icon again. Repeat as often as you need.
  11. A few shapes created and exported then used as pre set shapes.
  12. Fun! Here are my heart and arrow vectors.
  13. Hi Carole, I clicked a few of the links I had problems with earlier and all seems well.
