  1. It was in a bounding box and I forgot to rasterize it. It was there on the .pspimage, just not on the .jpg. The platform initially rejected it as too large so I had gone back and increased the compression from 22 to 72. SQUEEZE time! LOL
  2. I see I need to add the Botswana Safari tag to January. Oops!
  3. Completed the first six months. Will do more later and the rest of the week.
  4. Thank you, Sue, I noticed that right away and made an executive decision to allow the font to overlap on some of them. As you say, we really do know the obscured titles.
  5. Thanks, Susan. It's intended for my granddaughter, Jackie, the zookeeper. Here she is showing me the new Caracal kittens.
  6. I have been doing some additions and revisions and here's what's finished so far:
  7. No, I didn't get any notification about the Calendar Script. The script is dated 08/25/2023 in my 2022 Corel PSP docs.
  8. @Cassel The YouTube video had me I going to the store, looking for the calendar script and it told me I already had it. I haven't used it yet so now I'm wondering if my version needs to be updated somehow?
  9. Oh, dear, so sorry to read this. Hang in there, Rene, we're all rooting for you. I wouldn't worry about decorating right now and just concentrate on resting and getting better. Hugs to you!
  10. Nice job, Monique. These are all beautiful!
  11. My offering for the Cold challenge. Warwick Drive-In snowed in in 2017. I used the cass-framed-mask3, my photo and the embellishments and background paper from my Iceland mega kit. It has really come in handy for anything wintery.
  12. Working on the cover gave me the opportunity to showcase this elephant photo which is one of my favorites. The title font is still Wakanda and the font for the year is Witch Mystery because I thought it looked rather African. I do love African art.
  13. I just can't select more than one at a time to upload but I can go back and add to the original posting. I guess that's how this platform works.
  14. I added some elements to May; this seems to be working rather piecemeal. LOL My zookeeper granddaughter, Jackie, will be the recipient of this calendar for Christmas. She is carrying on my passion for animals.
  15. It is not actually a filter; I used the wrong term. It is the Blend Modes accessed at the top left of the Layers Palette
  16. It's at the top of the layers palette.
  17. It's the one feature of PSP2023 that I really appreciate. I can just scroll through the filters and see the effects quickly. Similar to scrolling through the fonts.
  18. I'm testing out how to fill the extra space. I do have some related photos, and in this case, I applied the Luminance layer filter and I like the monochrome effect.
  19. Monique, my goal is the less the better! So, I actually beat you! LOL
  20. If I'm not mistaken, this might be categorized as "hoarding." I sail right past fonts on offer; too many limits my ability to choose. I just looked at my Nexus Font and it told me I had a total of 659 fonts. That's more than enough!
  21. Here are September/Rhino and October/Oryx. After seeing the video, I find changing the calendar grid and font colors much easier! (Lock Transparency!)
  22. Susan, honestly it was a bit of experimenting with selections, brush and bucket and an all around pain, but it finally worked. Yay, me! 😉
  23. Here are May, June, July and August. Not complete but started with backgrounds, photos and the Wakanda font for the month to keep it consistent. I have added a strip file I used for the 2022 Calendar workshop so I would be able to have the days of the week. I'm glad I kept it! In date order, the photos are the African Lion, the Cape Buffalo, the Honey Badger and the Caracal. I will be adding details as we go along.
  24. Yeah, me, too! I wondered... 😁
  25. Nice use of the Echo Text script. Is that bird only on the Western range? Unfamiliar to me.
