  1. Hi Bina, A journalist was lost because of you. Or do you work for a magazine? In any case, I'm pleased that you've invested such a long text in the German language and especially the dialect around Berlin😘. But what do you like about the boring houses and the prefabricated buildings for a private album? But everything is the typical Bina journal style 😁. But I like that you decorate sparingly and the photos get the main attention.👍
  2. Sorry, I couldn't find any English. Flower names with R except rose, so another German flower name with translation 😉 Rittersporn = Larkspur
  3. Thank you Carole, I saved it in German and will try it and comment here again whether it worked. Wish you a nice Sunday. We suddenly have summery weather here. But it has already rained enough.🌞
  4. M = Marigold = Ringelblume
  5. Hi Carole and Members, when I created my scrap "SoFi 99" I had a round overexposed area. Now I remembered the tip in the campus blog about eliminating light reflections on glasses. Now I would like to ask whether there is a way in PSP to make an overexposed area in a photo "matt" again or to adjust it to the surrounding colors. Probably falls into the image editing category. Or has this question already been answered in Q&A?

  14. Hi Michele, this reminds me of the famous photo of Man Ray. Well done, only now a man is lending his back as a cello 😉 https://image.kurier.at/images/cfs_932w/6918777/46-186805116.jpg

  17. Hi James, we last had a total solar eclipse in Germany in August 1999, which we enjoyed with our neighbors on the terrace. The next total SF shouldn't be until 2081, on Lake Constance. However, there will be a partial SoFi in northern Germany in 2025. Wikipedia lists complete and partial SoFi's in the world from 2003 to 2097. I'll have to look for the photos and do a scrap with them. https://de.wikipedia.org/wiki/Liste_der_zentren_Sonnenfinsternisse_in_Europa_im_21._ Jahrhundert Edit 05.04 24: My SoFi-Scrap is here down👇

  20. Yes, we had a cat café, but it was in a rather inconvenient location and could only be reached by high concrete stairs in a built-up passage on the second floor. So not visible to walk-in customers. I was there once alone (found it as an advertisement in the regional newspaper) and once with a friend. They had eight cats, but they only came to us when the owner gave us treats for the cats to get them to come to us. The lack of customers and therefore money due to the lockdown ruined the owner's dream. The property owner now wants to start something new. The cats are now in the animal shelter and some have already been placed privately. Which is a shame. 😹
  21. Hi all, I can't remember my toys before I was 6, but after that - it was post-war - we children mostly played outdoors or with household objects. There was no money in our large family for toys and children's books. The grandparents usually only gave us useful things, like clothes. We played almost exclusively with small toys, marbles, cards and balls, which we bought at fairs for little money. I then did a lot of drawing with my school supplies (my dream career at the time was "fashion illustrator"😁) or cutting out jewelry from catalogs. I loved reading and always devoured my new school books at the beginning of a new school year. It was only in a children's treatment that I learned beautiful fairy tale books I know, see Scrap. Things were getting better for us in the mid-1960s, then Legos, a melodica and knitting toys and the TV came along. I never had dolls, more like living "baby dolls". From the age of 6 I had to work as a co-teacher act... Today my husband and I fondly remember our childhood toys and adventures in nature. I think by playing in nature we have trained our imagination much more and been able to live out our urge to move.
