  1. Hi Everyone! You all are creating lovely and diversified work. It is a joy to look to each and all of them, and also the touching stories. <3

Like Michele, I am not feeling very creative lately. I am trying for days to come up with something for the Scavenger Hunt Challenge. Only yesterday I finally managed to choose a photo for it. :0

Better days will come, meanwhile, as Sue always says, let's try to be busy psping!

Stay safe and healthy. Best wishes to all of you :)

  2. Dear Michele, thank you so much for your kind comment. I really appreciate it. <3

I forgot to mention that I create the Boot Print and turned it into a PspTube - Angular Mode.  I was not satisfied with the colors and change them many times...It was a lot of work. That's when I decided to purchase Carole's Custom Directional Tube Script... How easy it was!

  3. Lynda, Trish, Helen, Minka, Dorothy, and Bonnie, everyone is doing nice and creative work. Well done!

Here is the page I created to practice the tutorials from the Lab10-Module 03 (Bracket Frame - Boot Print - Custom Sign). I finished some time ago and forgot to upload it to the Campus.

The photos are from The International Forest Art Trail, an art exhibition that takes place every two years since 2002, and each time with a different theme. The artists come from different parts of the world, and they create their work in the forest. Last year the theme was Ecology.

Background: KAagard "Great Outdoors" pattern2 - Alpha: BellaGypsy "Frontier-leather-red"

  4. Lynn Lou, I don’t know what technique you used, but the result of the “Blended Art Style is really great.

Helen, you achieved nice results playing with vectors. I think this is the best way to learn.

Michele, I like the “Vacaying” Layout. It is fun and colorful… I also have a wishlist in the store, but when it comes to the time to buy, I often change my mind and get different things.  In fact, it is hard for me to make up my mind. :) My last purchase was the Custom Directional Tube Script. What a great script!

Dorothy, Colleen, and Trish, sometimes we reach our best results while playing. Cool results.

  5. Dawn and Shutterpixi, thank you so much for your kind comments! They are very much appreciated. <3

Minka, nice work with the plaid. I love the colors.

Bonnie, very nice work, and I totally agree with the quote you added.

Dorothy, great work with the textures, and I love the "tile8".

ScrapRic, adorable example of Color Focus.

Annie, both alphas look great; the blue check would be perfect for a picnic layout, and the Ravie -bright stripes- is really a fun alpha.

Dear Michele, I'm very happy to see your work again here on the Campus! Take your time, baby steps, one day at a time. <3 ... IMHO, the page is perfect, and I love the photos you chose.

    Great work, Everyone!

  6. I am late, as usual :) Here is the layout I created to practice the tutorials from the Lab10 Module 02 (Shield Shape - Road - Number). I created the background paper with screenshots from Google Maps and Photo Effect>Sepia Toning.

Fonts: KG Arrows and Bad Script

  7. Carole, thank you for the tips!  I like the feedback, and I always pay attention to the advice you give to other participants; they can be useful to me too. I love the idea of having the frame underneath the legs; it makes so much sense. Back to the drawing board on both layouts. Thank you!

  8. Shutterpixi, thank you so much for your kind comment! <3 ... I love all your layouts; the Bokeh effect and Polkadot are amazing.

I love to participate in the challenges; it's an opportunity to practice, be inspired by all the participants, and also learn from each other. After I talked to Sue yesterday, I did today another layout with the Bokeh effect. Now, it is more the way I like.

I hope to see you more often here on the Campus. :)

And thanks to Carole for this and all the other challenges.

  9. Sue, thank you! This is where I am not comfortable, choosing the colors of the bokeh effect and the background. I agree with you; some colors are better suited than others, I only have to find which they are by trial and error :)

The layout and photos are beautiful, and I love how you do the background papers.

  10. Day 7

My heart polkadot paper can hardly be seen at 600 px, but it is there as the background paper. This year I didn't add the Wire Effect to the title, and I use the same text as Carole but with a different font (Lovely Valentine).

    Paper: KAagard_BasicallyWhites_Paper5

I really enjoyed participating in this challenge again!

  11. Thank you, Annie, Carole, and Barbara, for your kind comments. <3

Everyone is creating lovey and creative layouts, and it is a joy to come here and see all this great work.

    Day 6

I am still not comfortable creating the Bokeh effect. Each time I do, I learn something, but I need to practice a lot more.

I created two layouts, one following Carole's tutorial and the other following Sue's instructions from Love Story 2018 Challenge. Both instructions are great. I did each layout using different background photos, but I am only going to post one of each.

  12. Thank you, Sue! You are right, Carole has so many amazing tutorials, that we don't know where to start... I love your layouts, frames, photos... But after all these years, you already know that I am a big fan of your work!
