Corrie: the Kingfisher you posted is just as beautiful, with the iridescent turquoise and oranges.
Minka: Great job on the sketch challenge. Along with my nephew (Val’s boy), my grandson also plays the piano. When he was much younger we use to skype so that I could make sure he was doing his lessons, LOL. Love your layout of Duck, NC. Had to look it up to see if it is anywhere close to my kids and grands. But doesn’t look so 🙁 Still one day maybe we can make it there. Don’t tell Val I told you, LOL, but you are just across the state from her right now. Small world isn’t it.
Annie: the Azure Kingfisher is an absolutely beautiful bird. Such vibrant blues and oranges. Your layout really makes those colors pop. The yellow billed kingfisher is adorable and I really like the way you have put your page together.
Cristina: you are always so sweet, constantly commenting on the layouts that are uploaded. You really push me to get the labs and challenges done. Thank you so much for always being there.
Val: sweetie, you are really making great strides in your scrapbooking. So proud of you. I had never looked at the pictures side by side like this and made me realize that mom really favors Bessie. And that Golda was the same age or younger than mom when her picture was made; but she looks so much older.
Annie: Your “Tea Time” is marvelous. I see you used the ledger paper as the main background layering and blending others on top of it. I noticed the picture you used is a drawing of a teapot with the flower inside. Have you ever tried any of them? I’m afraid…I’m chicken. I use loose leaf green tea and I have to admit that I once purchased a canister of dragon pearl green tea for nearly $300. I still have some of it, LOL
Lynda: Thank you. Actually she is my granddaughter and will turn 22 in July. She did so well that the University gave her a letter of recommendation as highly desirable. Her aim is to teach high school English.
Corrie: Your turtle is awesome and would make a great sigtag.
She’s my granddaughter. She will be 22 in July. So proud of her.
Val: Thanks sis for the feedback. Back’atcha on the “ugly” button, LOL.
Annie: Loving the blendng you have been doing. One of my favorite things to do. Great frame. Works so well with the layout. And what a beautiful bird. I guess sheltering under rocks is where its name comes from? Thank you for the comment on mine. I probably ought to change out my avatar; but it is the same one I have been using for 20 years. One of my first digital scrapbook pages and, yes, the face on it is the now grown up teacher.
And now for the final one

Teacher Appreciation ©Gingerscrap LadiesAnnie: You changed your picture. Lovely. Love the Cool Cat coming out of the shirt. Looks like something one of my daughter’s cats would do, LOL
Corrie: Thank you for your kind words.
Ann: I bet you are a “GREAT” grandmother and well loved by all the grands. So far I am just a grand; though my granddaughter is getting married in June.
Ann: A darling layout for sure. The little “pumpkins” are as cute as buttons. I can see you are a proud grandmother.
Mary: Send your sons my best. They should be proud they served as I know mine are. Can’t wait to see what you have been working on.
Raymond: Thank you. I am really proud of them both. The former Marine is now working with the Army and the former sailor is now a nuclear technician. Both have done good. I don’t know if you recall the U.S.S. Greenville; but he was on that sub when it happened.
Annie: Your wordart is FANTASTIC…. Will have to give a go sometime. Pink Flannel flower is beautiful. I like the addition of the wordart within its border on the upper left and all the information.
Bonnie: Lovely tribute to the happy couple. Am so glad they were able to make it work.
Corrie: Love your Words layout. Very creative.
Michele: Fantastic layout for the gaming group. Appears as if you are looking into a tunnel. The font was a perfect choice.
Annie: Another wonderful idea from you and many thanks for the instructions. Your overlays are lovely. I am tickled “pink” over your Major Mitchell’s cockatoo layout. And how the papers work so well with the picture.
Ann: Awesome layout commemorating your time in bootcamp. Love that you included a computer with the Scrapbook Campus logo. Fantastic bridge layout. Gorgeous coordinating colors. It is a beautiful bridge. Croton Dam is another very well put together page, with colors that draw your eye to the photo. Enjoyed seeing our owl and family layouts. Both are fabulous.
Sue: Such a beautiful St. Dwynwen’s Day card. Great job on the text. Really like how you wove the plants through them.
Raymond: Thank you for your service. I am a military brat and both of my sons joined services; on in the Navy and one in the Marines. Both were serving with 9/11 happened. But I am grateful they came out okay.
Trying to get through the new lab before the end of the month.
