I have been playing tonight and did a vectored drawing of a petal and decided to make a flower. I then decided to make it into a spray with leaves. The leaves were made with a brush shape. I used Cassels technique of shading and used the lighten darken tool to give depth. TFL.

Great results ladies, all are fabulous and very interesting.
Christina, Portugal is one of my favourite places to visit, lovely country and people. I could live there no probs.

Nicely done Luann, love it.
Here is my day 5. I used some images from Pixabay to composite a scene. We visited Ludlow Castle last year. I used Cassel’s Photo Booth strip script and added some window photo’s i took from Hereford Cathedral. TFL.
Here is my day 4. Being a scattered layout reminded me of a post board where you pin all relevant and not so relevant bits to. I used Cassel’s scripts for the texture cork, Photo and ticket strips. Any other elements are what I made. TFL

Love it Lyn. I know that area of Gloucester very well and was only there at the shopping outlet on Wednesday. I used to do Community Nursing in Gloucester too. Makes a fab double page.

Lin, do you live near Sudeley? I live in Gloucestershire and about 20 miles from Sudeley. Lovely place and love how you used one image to fill the slats.

We love the National Trust properties and grounds and try and visit as many as we can each year. This is one of our favourite ones to visit.

T = Tupperware. Picnics would not be the same without good old Tupperware to keep your sarnies in good shape.
J = Juices, all flavours with ice in them to make them lovely and cold.
I am in too. Think I know what my theme will be. Look forward to starting and seeing everyone’s challenges..

D = Deck chairs, something more comfortable to sit in and get up from for us oldies.
Very spring like colours, nice and bright like spring should be. Gladdens the heart. Love it.

Thank you Dawn, Michele and Wanda Sue. I love to vector and try to apply Cassel’s shadowing technique to make it more plausible.

I have had a play and used a photo of mine to make into a line drawing with the pen tool. It took a while to get it to save properly as a PSP Shape but eventually I got it and it saved. I then coloured it in, tried to give it some texture and shading. I made the water background by using a gradient fill and then used a plugin by Flaming Pear, Flood 2 to make it look like water. I need to practice more with the shading but i am no artist so overal I was pleased with the end result. TFL.

Lovely baby kids Teri, I now want them. I would have nowhere to put them and they would probably eat my garden but they are so cute.
Dawn, these are absolutely gorgeous, love them both. There is nothing not to like about Roses especially the big smelly cabbage type ones. Love it.

F = Food produce and Feed for the animals.
Thank you Dawn and Christina. I am up to eyeballs with bunting but on the homeward stretch. All in the name of love for my Grandson and his lovely Fiancee and all I can say is never again…

I was also born in the year of the Tiger and a Taurean as is my close friend. Don’t know about myself but my friend can be a pain in the rear end. Ha ha…

Well I did this whilst taking a break from all the sewing I am doing. i used a photo of my maternal grandparents. i think the crochet strip may be Cassels or mine, not sure but the lace, corners and flowers are mine. The button was a tube from Corel. I used Cassels script for bow and inked edges. The bead corners were Cassel’s tubes. Think that’s all and hope i haven’t forgotten correct credit to anybody else’s work. Anyway, TFL.

Lovely work ladies. The diversity of ideas is great to see.

Thank you Michelle, it was pretty intense work in the end as I had a little production line going on so that they could be sent out. I made over a hundred invites altogether and I am glad to say, they were appreciated and liked very much. I wouldn’t embark on such a project again though and will stick to making the odd card or two as and when I need them.

Its nothing PSP related but I did use it for the insert. Its now safe to post the Wedding invitation I did for my Grandsons wedding this coming May. I embossed the card, diecut the wording, mat rose and bud which I formed and glued. I am now sewing the bunting. TFL.
