I cheated and looked for X words…mostly I found breeds of farm animals from China so I present
Xinjiang goats.
The Xinjiang is used for milk, cashmere and meat production. This breed is found in the mountains of Xinjiang in China and its coloration is white, black or brown.
w = water and weather, which farmers watch carefully
U = udder (think cows/goats)
s = stallion in the straw
L = Lamb
g = grain for geese
e = egg (from Cassel’s chickens)
