Hello Christiane,
Welcome, it is certain that you will learn quickly here, and Carole is a very good teacher, you will see !
I live in Belgium, so we are neighbors ?Carole, #72230
Thank you, and no, that’s not me in the picture with my grandmother. It’s my daughter. This is a photo from 1981.Sue Thomas, reply #72217,
That’s why I added ‘quit colorful’ , it’s not my custom indeed. I do indeed think too little about using labels or tags.- This reply was modified 2 years, 9 months ago by Marie-Claire.

So many beautiful pages! I started late, and in the meantime stopped for a few days, I now also notice that my 4 first QP are in the wrong forum. So I’ll put them here again with the pages I made today
Hi, I am in!
Like some other members, I also participated in the love story workshop, that was also with masks, but a refreshing is welcome, and it’s always so nice to be working on something togetherwith a little delay QP2 and 3 and QP2 and 3 Extra
for Carole who loves pictures with cats, here’s another QP with cat pictures, our cat Liberty who is now over the rainbow bridge.
QP01 and QP01 extra
I had the same idea as corrie for the extra QP, but in order not to have quite the same I tried to match the color of the QP to the color of the flower.
Pirkki, Mary, Lynda, Corrie, thank you so much, for the nice comments about the fanned layout 🙂
For this I used Carole‘s Fanned Photo Template. The Wordart Sue Thomas shared, and my own photos.
Trish, thank you,
I went to look at the script, and therefore also looked at the Masterclass: Great Gradients where the explanation is also given.
Thanks for the supportI join the other members, great that you offer extras for the members. I also primarily opt for additional and exclusive quick-pages, and like Bonnie, additional tutorials on the same topic because there is always something to learn
I used a template from Chantahlia Design
From Creation Cassel the script RasterToMask
Use the largest photo as background, inverted, and gausian blur, and above it an overlay of digitalscrapbook.com
I made the adhesive tape myself with the colors in the photo by following a tutorial of the Scrapbook Campus
The paper under the text is a selection, filled with a color from the photo and added noice.Visit the City Hall of Leuven, Belgium by a virtual tour 360°, you can even enter the city hall by clicking on the green dots.

So much to remember!
one should find a way to write down when you see something you would still like to use or try, along with where to find it.
But just writing everything down one after the other isn’t an easy way when you’re looking for somethingYes! that’s it, thank you. I didn’t have in mind to make a plaid with it, so I didn’t go and watch that tutorial.
I had gotten to the point of enlarging the canvas, but then I was stuck. I didn’t know what else to do. So it was: Effects, Rotating Mirror, that I needed to move on.
Thank you!yes I mean you select a long fine rectangular selection and with that selection you make a background but I just remember I thought it was a nice background and I loved it because you had the colors of the photo that way too, but it wasn’t a plaid.
I know I can’t give a lot of details, and it’s kinda vague that wayCarole, ok ?
I’ve also tried shifting the settings, but I don’t understand how it works either. I was curiousCarole yeah! ? you’re not used to that from me LOL
I have never used the user defined filters. Is it something interesting to know for what and how it can be used? Or is there already a class or blog post about it somewhere?
I used Carole’s template that you can find on the blog post. Thank you Carole.
background is a paper I once download on digitalscrapbook.com/pixelscrapper
for the color of the hearts and text I used a paper as texture
The text London is P22 CorinthiaProject 5, last project of the bootcamp 🙁
I used a kit from: themegnoliapatch.blogspot.com. In this bootcamp I have learned to understand the shadows better.
I also never thought of using a paper as a texture for a text, for example a title like here in the last project.
Until now I have only used a paper as a background, now I have noticed that it can be used for much more.Carole,
funny, but nice the fact that now you have to think of me when you see a collie 🙂
Indeed, the photo’s of my daughter have a pink tint, they are scanned photos. I used the white balance, but still a pink tint remained. It would be nice to do a blog post about that.
So nice to see all those beautiful and different projects.
great idea with the background Peter!
Sarah, Thank you!Day 9, Project 4.
These are pictures of my daughter when she was 6 years old, this year she will be 43 years old.
The font is Ravie.
I used paper and elements from a kit, themagnoliapatch.blogspot.com -
