Carole, thank you for your comments (#74439)
(#74374) That church is in Belgium, here’s a little explanation in English about it.
https://cityseeker.com/borgloon/973367-reading-between-the-lines(#74421) About the cats, the first and second photo have been my cats, unfortunately they are no longer there. At a certain point I had found and adopted four cats, 3 of which were kittens. The third photo is a neighbor’s cat, and the last one a cat that regularly sits in the park
what a success this workshop is :-), so many beautiful creations!
I’m still catching up 🙂

Carole, the word Honey was an element in the kit. So I don’t know which font. I thought it suited the whole thing so well that I used it instead of looking for a font myself.Day 2 – Diamond template

I made this because tomorrow 15/03 is the birthday of my dog Poncho and his brother Pacco.
My dog’s brother lives with our neighbors who are also our best friends.
I used a free template from Chantahlia Design, and for the text ‘happy birthday’ the script ‘ShapedText’ from CaroleF for ‘Fonske’
The artwork actually calls Fons Sapientiae which means “source of wisdom” in Latin, but most prefer to call it Fonske. The strange little man pours water -or is it really beer?- into his skull while reading. This is a metaphor for wisdom seeping through his brain.
The bronze student is one of Leuven’s (Belgium) most popular sights.
an other template of the alpabeth templates of Carole
I am in too ?
D is for ‘De Dijle’ : The Dyle in Leuven, due to its link with the River Scheldt/Schelde, the Dyle has brought trade, industry and prosperity to Leuven for hundreds of years. However, the river burst its banks at the most unexpected times.
After being compressed and hidden, the River Dyle can breathe once again. The water is part of the city and water-related constructions are saved.I used one of the alphabet templates we got from Carole

#73041 Carole, luckily I didn’t break anything, that could have been easily done, because I have osteoporosis at an advanced stage.
Here is day 5
Hello !
I’m a little behind. I fell hard against the ground on Saturday, and I had to recover a bit from it for a few days. I’m more or less okay now.
This is day 4.
A photo from 2011. The balloon ride was a birthday present for my husband. The text is a font of FontBundles – Hello Summer – font, and I’m using Carole’s ShapedText script. The background is from DigitalScrapbook (PixelScrapper)
I live in a neighboring country of Corrie, and just like them, we are also afraid that it would escalate further. It is now also rumored that nuclear weapons would be used. I just saw on news that people have already started getting iodine tablets from the pharmacist. I am also afraid that this will not end well
Lynda #72117 Marie-Claire, Love what you did with this lesson. Are these your photos, they are lovely.
Lynda, I notice I haven’t seen your message.
Thank you, and to answer, yes so far I still use my own photos. But they will eventually run out. We haven’t been on vacation much.
The pictures I take now are only on our walks with the dog.
So always the same environment, and our dog is very much my model. Unfortunately, there is not much diversity.(#72427) what is the name of your dog again? (#72429) I think I recognize those paw prints. Are they one of the freebies from the blog? (#72453) That background is surprisingly subtle and lets the edges of the mask show very well.
Carole, the name of my dog is ‘Poncho’
Indeed, the paw prints come from your blog
For that background, I selected a square from the white wall at the top of the windmill with some of the shadows added. With brightness and contrast I adjusted the entire background so that it wasn’t too dazzling or too darkI should add some more explanation, but it’s often late when I upload my work, and then I’ve messed around so much to get the desired result, that I can’t quite remember what I’ve done ?

Mask extra 3
Corrie, I stole your idea about the lines in the mask. You really couldn’t see those lines were there otherwise. Thanks for the idea. For the background I took a piece of white with shadows from the windmill and then effects, kaleidoscope.
Day 3, mask and caleidoscope background
