I still had trouble with the material pallet. I followed the video and I kept being blocked from loading the paper pattern I wanted to use. I did not have access to a frame. All the kits I downloads did not have frames. for me to use. I could have tried to make one. I ran out of time. I am leaving town and where I am going there is no internet. I enjoyed this project, combing elements is a very good idea.

I did project 4 and learned a lot. First to see the video it all looks so simple and easy. I had a nightmare with the Magic Wand. The Magic Wand kept grabbing the entire canvas then it grabbed the plants, then it just would become a spot on the image. I need to spend lots of time with the Wand. The composition is not to my liking too heavy in the top left hand corner. These images are from a trip I took to Angkor Wat in Cambodia. Great trip. When I do these assignments I generate lot of questions so I believe the best way to learn this is with a buddy. For me this is impossible so I will learn this by working on my weak points.

In my project 3 I was not able to get the materials pallet uploaded. When I went to bring in the “glitter” everything came in. I see that the exercise in moving the glitter via the materials has lot and mean lots of potential. I made 2 trips to indochina and wrote a book about it. The image in the middle is of a very nice man in Tibet. The image on the left was taken in a city of 33 million people. The image on the right was taken in Shanghai China. I went outside and took a picture of a plant because I could not find paper that I liked but I found the plant. I wish I had given the flowers a deeper drop shadow.

I lost my project several times, just did more practice than I wanted. I don’t know the reason however by accident I hit some key and everything went bye bye. Good exercise.

I don’t know if I am upload this in the correct location however I cannot find any other place to up load.
My project one is a photo of my wife and daughter on a dog sled in Alaska. I cannot say I achieve my goal of showing the both on a dog sled. I enjoyed working with different layers I see lots of potential in mastering layers.

How did you load your project images. I have my 3 projects to up load but I don’t see where to load up my project images.
