That you Cassel for the great workshop. The tip about the selection tool was a huge help! 🙂 I enjoyed seeing everyone’s quick pages!
Have a nice summer everyone!
Pictures taken 2008. Cockatiels are Mocha and Dozer.
After I uploaded my LO, I noticed a couple of typos. I fixed them on my computer. I love undo! 🙂

Flower beds–2018. Pretty soon, flowers will once again be in all their glory here.
Pictures were taken April 2003. My husband got on the roof of our house to take these pictures. Knik Glacier, Pioneer Peak, Matanuska Peak and Two Sisters. Chugach Range.
Kitchen totally rebuilt and the final product. It only took two years to get done! lol! Pictures were taken in 2000 and 2002. My husband did an excellent job and our son loved “helping”. 🙂
Our Cockatiel, Birdie 1990 – 2008 He was cute, entertaining, a member of our family and so smart! Miss him lots!
Day 1 Photo taken July 2008. My son and grandma in her garden.
Hello! My layout is a continuation of my first layout posted here, of the camping trip. Sequoia Trees, the largest trees in the world in volume–they have huge trunks!
Thank you for another great video Cassel.
Ignore the first submission. I noticed that the journaling was missing on the first one I uploaded. Thank goodness I saved the pspimage layout and was able to save another jpg. Have no idea how that text disappeared. :/ Time for me to get some zzz’s.
My mom and dad bought a tent trailer when I was in my early teens. They took my sisters, brothers and myself to various places in California. This picture is when we spent time at Kings Canyon, CA. Wonderful memories! 🙂
Thank you Cassel for the wonderful tutorial. Enjoyed myself!
I used Winter Woodland kit by Wendy P, for my layout.
The end of the challenge, but not the end to updating all my pages. Here is my cover.
Thank you Cassel! This challenge was fun and challenging.
September calendar is picture of Mt Hayes, in the eastern part of the Alaska Range. It was beautiful that day. Blue skies, fall colors and fresh snow on the mountains.
October is a picture of a jelly fish. We were in Kenai, at a beach with a view of Cook Inlet and the volcanoes Mt Spurr, Mt Redoubt and Mt Illiama. The beach had several of these jelly fish that were washed up. Had to watch where we were walking. They were so pretty!
Cassel, thank you for day 6. Another day of learning PSP, that is fun!
Next two months I got done today and day 5 video. Day 5 video is the hardest one for me so far. Magic wand, selections are harder for me to understand, but I do like the results. 🙂 Thank goodness for your video Cassel. Got a visual to see how it is done. Thank you, too, for your kind words.
Gotta do a page with a picture of the highest mountain in North America, right? Mt. Denali or the name I grew up with–Mt. McKinley. August is Sheep Mt.

Calendar months May and June.
Today I got March and April done. I wasn’t able to get pictures ready for this challenge and I am spending most of my time just finding pictures, before I do a daily challenge. I have an idea of what kind of pictures I want to use, I just need to find them! lol I think I need to spend some time getting the pictures tagged. That is a huge job that I haven’t been wanting to face doing.
Cassel, I live in Alaska. Most of my pages will probably be pictures of mountains in Alaska. I love mountains! 🙂

I did days one and two today. Once I got started, I really enjoyed myself.
Thank you Cassel.
Palmer, Alaska
I had to try the “pictures on the wall” perspective template. It looked like something fun to try.
Cassel’s example made me want to try it with my wedding photos (1984). I am glad I did. The pictures look so neat! 🙂
Thank you Cassel for this great find.
Day 7 layout. Wow! I actually did the whole bootcamp! Whoo Hoo!
Learned so much about using PSP for digi scrapping. Now I need to get lots of practice on what I have learned.
Thank you Cassel!
Day 6. This one was a bit tougher for me to do. I will defintely be practicing on doing selections and the magic wand tools. They are neat tools, but been hard for me to figure out. Cassel makes it look so easy. Still loving the control y for the shadows. Doing shadows is not tedious anymore. Thanks to Cassel they are easy and fun! 🙂
I used the freebie kit Tranquility by Kim B and Beautiful Mess scatters by ETC.
The pics in my LO are at Princess Lodge in Copper River, AK. We have spent long weekends there is past years. The main attraction there are the Wrangell Range. On this visit, we were resigned that we were not going to see the mountains. Our second day at the lodge, after we ate supper, there they were in all their glory. We went out to enjoy them and take pics and when I turned around, there they were in the reflection of the windows. The flowers were beautiful, but the mountains made it even more beautiful.
Day 5 layout. I love the “control y” for the shadows. What a time saver!
I used the kit Army Forever, by Paula Kesselring.
My day 4 layout. The kit I used is Lavender Blues by Tracie Stroud.
Day 3. Enjoyed doing this layout. The videos are a huge help. Thank you Cassel!
I used papers from the kit Antique Rose by Alexis
The elements are from the kit Glistening by Aimee Harrison
Now to get started on Day 4.
Hi everyone! It has been a few years since I have digi scrapped. I always felt like I didn’t know what I was doing. After just doing the first 2 days of the bootcamp, I have learned quite a bit. Looking forward to the rest of the lessons.
I have chosen medium gray for my workspace and background. I use the tools, layers and materials options the most.
Here is my sandwich. I chose to have more meat, pickles on the side. I had fun doing this lesson.
