Thanks Sue,
I got all of your entries and they are all fantastic. Your macros are incredible.
It’s been awhile since I’ve used my camera that I can change lenses. I think I am going to enroll at our local college and get a refresher course in the camera capabilities. I have been using my Nikon Coolpix P900 because my picture taking opportunities have not been good lately and this camera takes pretty good on the fly photos and photos from the car. Plus, the lens is 24-2000mm which is great for taking pictures of the moon or anything else that is far away.
Anyway, thanks for the upvotes and good luck with the contest

While looking for photos for the Corel Discovery Contest, I found this photo of a dragonfly and used Carole’s WordFrame 5. That is a really great script. Love it!
Just got back from my granddaughters high school graduation in Texas. Long ride from Illinois and back. My youngest grandson took control of my camera so not much in the way for picture taking for me.
I did enter two more photos in the Corel Discover Animal Photo and Art Contest. Hope you take a look and give me an upvote.
Is there anyone else that entered? Love to have the link.
These are my five entries:
Thanks,
Lynda
Wow, everyone has been super busy while I was gone. Such great and creative work by all. Love it!
Susan, Your frame and Filter Forge creation is wonderful. Old things are perfect for Filter Forge.
Michele, Fabulous Dives is fabulous. Thanks for the Neon font link.
Corrie, Sue, Mary, Ann, As usual beautiful work by all of you.
Lynda
I am having so much fun making glass marbles with Carole’s glass marble script so I wanted to do something with them.
The information is from Arizona Historical Society, photos came from Bing, marble tubes made with the script, and confetti stars tube.
Hi Iona,
This is a great place to hone your skills, whether scrapbooking or greeting card design or just for fun. Carole is a great teacher and has always helped at every turn. Welcome
Lynda
My youngest grandchild turned 12 the other day. These kids are so goofy… 😀
I used Elizabeth Khadfield’s block and square template.. The crazy glasses and the golf cart came from the internet. The photos were taken by my daughter, Sylvia, also pictured with her other two children, Haley and Tony.
Thanks Mary, Appreciate the feedback.
Hey Carole,
I did a search for Jennifer Gormly on Facebook and only found one. I left her a message asking if she is the author of the book in question and if so, what happened. Hopefully it is her and she will respond. Let you know what happens.
I don’t know what to say about Annie’s passing that hasn’t already been said. I just hope she died peacefully and I’m sure she is with her angels.. Thinking of her family
I just stuck to the supplied sketch template. I used textures ,color and my photos. The font is called Choco Matcha Solid.
Mary,
Your Lab 8 Family Life is very nice work. Love your family photos and all your elements.
I posted this at the Creation Cassel Facebook but I wanted to share it here.
I bought the Vines tubes and used it with the Photo Circle Script. I used some of my granddaughters graduation photos to create a wreath. The font is Samantha Upright and I used some of the glyphs.
Thanks Ann, The extraction techniques peek my interest. Tulips are beautiful and short lived but then the Iris appear. 🙂
Julie, Your wee elf is very cute.
Ann, As usual your birds are beautiful and the photo wheel is a good way to exhibit them.
I was playing around with an extraction idea that I learned from, who else, Carole. Seems the auto selection tool will do most of the work for you. Who knew? 😉
I extracted the tulips with the auto selection and finished it with the edit selection. Put the extracted tulips in a vase that I made a while ago, can’t remember how I made it, then I used one of the PSP2022 backgrounds. I also used the stray pixel catcher script.
The tulips are in bloom now. Here is the original photo and the extracted. I still need a lot of practice but here it is.
Ann,
LOL that’s funny…. It seems you have a much wider variety of birds. We have Cardinals, Robins, Redtail Hawks, Crows, Buzzards, Eagles , the occasional Humming Birds, Blue Birds, Blue Jays , Red Winged Blackbirds and some little birds that I don’t have a clue as to what they are. Some of those little birds have red on them but mostly they are black, white and maybe brown. Oh, I guess I can count the ducks and geese too. Now that I am listing them, I guess we do have a few hanging around. I don’t know that much about birds so half the time I don’t know what I’m looking at.
Anyway, I like your layout.
Susan, Your birthday card is very nice and for a great occasion. 90 is a milestone.
I like what you did with the text for Beverly.
Sue, your tag is also very nice. I like to use transparent ribbons also. Creative Scrap does offer many interesting, useful lessons.
Ann, Your birds on the clothes line are quite beautiful. I wish I had the patience to photograph more birds. If they don’t come to my yard or where I happen to be with a camera then, oh well! BTW thanks.
Pirkko, You are also doing lovely work and a lot of it. 😉
Anne, Clever, May the 4th be with you. 😀
Hope I didn’t miss anyone. I never see anything here that doesn’t deserve praise. Keep up the good work.
I managed to find the time to finish Fantasy World 2. The swing is pretty much a copy of Caroles, I added background to the mushroom house. Indenting the windows and door was a new useful tool. The Swing is pretty complicated in my mind so I’ll have to practice.

Royanne,
Love your giggly photo circle….just to much fun!
Playing with the License plate script.
This is a rendition of one of our old plates. RLAD stands for “Ralph Lynda Anthony Dominic”. My husband and myself and our two boys
Can’t believe all the gorgeous layouts from one central idea. Great idea Carole.

Happy Birthday, Carole, I learn something new everyday. Thanks for all you do.
When you blow out your birthday candles here’s hoping you get everything you wish for.
This is my cat…we called her Crazy. She did spend some time on my computer desk but I don’t have a photo of her there. She is no longer with us but these are some of my favorite photos of her.
I used Carole’s Artsy Template 2 and added two more masks.
Great post Michele…love your divas and your siblings selfi
Lynda
I was playing with the circle template and this is what I got.
We have a preserve in the back of our house and this fox was in the preserve just stretching, yawning, scratching and napping, completely ignoring me standing on the deck taking pictures of him. I thought that was very kind of him. 🙂
Sue,
I see you did one of the projects from Dynamic Frames. Love your bird shots. Your page is very well done.
Lynda
Did anyone else go back to Dynamic Frames? Curious to see what everyone came up with.
Lynda
I got through the “Dynamic Frames” Master Class and it is really a good one. I expect to play with this a bit so I can get a better understanding of the whole thing. This is what I managed from the class. All photos are mine.
Corrie,
I don’t know where you are but we have been having the same kind of weather here in the Chicago are.
Hopefully things will turn to spring soon.
Lynda
Trish,
You have done some fantastic work with ‘Over”. I can’t decides which I like the best.
