Sue- I love your bird frame with the ivy wrap. You did a really nice job on the wrap and the whole layout is beautiful. I would love to know what the font is you used. Also, the ducks are really nice. I like the second one best although the other is nice too.
Annie – Thank you. I too, hope you never have to lose a child. I wouldn’t wish that on my worst enemy. You are right, none of our loved one ever really go away. Always in your heart.
Karon – your prom overlays are great and yes, Annie is the queen of overlays. She gave me a ton of pointers and instructions.
Sheila- I’m glad you are getting the hang of the Wacom. I haven’t really even entertained the idea because it’s hard for me to use a pen or pencil. It hurts so I continue with the mouse. Your flowers are beautiful…
Hope everyone had a nice Easter celebration.
Keep up the good work ladies and gentlemen. 🙂
Michele, I think I’m getting them late too. Might be g-mail!
Anyway, I was messing around and I though I would give the pen tool a try. I made a bunny outline and took it from there.
Happy Easter everyone! 🙂
Thank you Cristina, I appreciate your thought.
These are the elements for Lab 11-4
I had no trouble finding a subject for this lab. My eldest son was every bit a cowboy. We miss him very much. 15 years and counting.
Cristina, I love your “Fun in the Sun”. Manuela is a beauty. I think you made the right call as far as the background is concerned. Seems to me the sandy color background is more appropriate than blue. Nice work!
We had a full moon on the 28th so I got our my trusty camera and got some photos of it. Of course then I had to find something to do with it. I used Carole’s CustomSlats script and a mask that I made from a paint splatter to create a Facebook cover.
Annie, Your alpha is amazing. You are quite talented.
Just playing with Balls and Bubbles. more exploration is needed.
Very nice Sue….Love those Canada Geese.. I see you still have ice on the lake. Our’s is all gone and I am not sad about that at all. 😀
Anne and Annie, Nice work as usual
Marie Claire,
I like the choice of a white shadow on the word WINDY. Very appropriate. Nice job and I’m sure in a larger size the sand is discernible.
San Felipe, MX
Ann, that is one hell of a story. Nice layout and telling.
Thanks for your kind words Karon. The Gnome is Chuck. He travels the country with us. When the wind picks up he holds down the fort so to speak.

Karon, Thanks so much for your kind comments. I have to say your earth angel is definitely angelic, Beautiful child , beautiful work.
On leave was a hoot. Mustaches were great. I also have a Naval Academy Graduate grandson. He is now on 8 day leave from under the sea in a nuclear sub.

Thought I would take on the sketch
Annie, Love your Lunaria page and again a beautiful blended background.
I am going to find out more about the flower.
Nice job Corrie…glad you are up and running again. 🙂
Bonnie, Love your kitties…the one on top looks like our beloved fat cat. No longer with us, unfortunately. I brought him home without my non-cat loving husbands knowledge and guess who fell in love with him. Yeah, that’s the way it works! 🙂

Thanks Annie for the info. I’ve been playing and the blending is pretty cool.
Great , Thanks 😀
playing with fonts. Used beautiful mess master class creations for backgrounds and some photos that I found at National Geographic and Britannica.
Annie
Love your broken dreams… a bit sad but lovely . I would like to know more about your blending techniques.

Still playing around with FilterForge. The font is Dragon with FilterForge, Vintage Clay tile applied , Carole’s instruction on 3 D effects on the letters and bolts. The dragon picture came from http://www.fandom.com
Thanks Val,
The Belladonna grows wild and has quite a story as it can be deadly but has also been used in medications. The rest had a helping hand from me.
This is just for fun….what can I do with stuff around the computer house! These are all photos of flowers that I took from my yard. I also like to take pictures of textures and the sky. BG is the sky, frames are rough concrete.
Minka,
Totally agree with you. The guy is a genius. Everyone of his creations can calm a person.
