Hi Everyone,
Sorry I am late with my first page but I signed up late yesterday. Mine is for my husband who passed away recently. Although I do use PSP daily, I have never done much scrapbooking but I did want to learn. I could not get the mask to work on the smaller frames either.
I seem to be having a problem even posting here….
Hi everyone,
I am a little late with my day one page but its probably due to time zones. Anyway, my first page is of my husband who passed away a few months ago. Although I use PSP almost daily I have never done scrapbooking before but wanted to give it a try. I could not get the mask to work on the smaller frames either so I just did what I could.
Thanks Cassel….That worked! You are awesome!
Cassel,
I checked and it did appear to be pointing to the correct folder, however, just out of curiosity I removed the file and added it again. Guess what? Now it works!!!
Sometimes I guess it takes a long shot….thank you so much for your help.
I have checked and there are no duplicates. I even changed the name as you suggested and still get the same error. I tried my other scripts and the ones that are actually in the Restricted folder run fine. All of the scripts in my Trusted folder get this same error when attempting to run them. Some complete but give the message and other stop. Could the update have changed something in the program so that it does not recognize the Trusted folder as trusted?
No. It was in the trusted script folder for X8 so I tried moving it to the trusted script folder for X9 and got the same error. I will keep working on it but let me know if you find a solution.
Thanks,
Linda
Hi Cassel,
Now that my PSP has updated (version 19.2.0.7) I am again having a problem with the Element Preview Script running properly. Part 1 of the script runs fine, however, part 2 gives this error and I am not sure what I need to do to correct the problem. Can you take a look at it for me?
Thanks,
Linda
Oh Cassel…..thank you so much….I knew you would figure it out!!
Now I am getting an error when I close PSP but it doesn’t seem to effect anything….here is what it looks like.
Windows 10 and I seem to have had all kinds of problems with PSP since I upgraded to this version. I was running X8 and after the update to Windows 10 it started “crashing” all the time….especially when using the flood fill tool. I had a hard time completing anything without it crashing at least once. I figured since they came out with X9 I would update and my problems would be gone….
Hi Cassel,
No luck with that either. I downloaded the Ultimate trial and I still get the same error on all my scripts. I have tried several of your scripts (scrabble tiles, calendar maker, and preview maker just to name a few) as well as a few that I recorded myself to add shadows.
Thank you for trying to help Cassel. I decided to uninstall and reinstall, hoping that it would fix the problem but no luck there either. I will just continue to use the older version until I can get it fixed.
I did the reset but scripts are still giving the same error as before.
Yes that is the version number. Does it matter if I am using 32 or 64 bit?
I read all the prior message in this folder about X9 and had already tried all the updates, however, they all say that no update is needed. I restarted my computer and tried them all again and got the same message.
I cropped the pic now so maybe that will help. It says there is no module named random.
h = hammer
r = race car
I have never posted a picture here before so I hope this works. I used the “element preview” script to add the graphics to this preview.
And I also used the “datestamp4” script to make a new watermark for my preview pictures.
