I didn’t find the sketch above, so I tried to do it by myself. It “almost” looks like it :). I love iris flowers too and I found photos again I took a few years ago. For the second on the left side I used pictopainting. On the right side I cut the flower trying to adjust it in the little layers. The gradient is holographic-sunburst. I forgot to write down which font I used …

Sue, wonderful bird pic as usual, I love your background, good idea to have mentioned Van Gogh here!We had a challenge last december I didn’t finish and for one day I used pics of trees I made years ago. I just added the text now. I created different gradients, that’s one of it.

I tried to play around and added a few coordinating colors.Z = Zeit Online, the german e-paper of “Die Zeit” (means The Time), weekly newspaper, is known to be intellectual and of high culture, the sections are Politics, Economy and Society, Culture and Discovery, Knowledge & Digital, Sports

I’m interested in their skills as artists, that’s really enough.
