BOOTCAMP DAY 5:
I learned two new things while working on this task for day 5. I have used grids and guides in the past but never the proper way the snap to grid feature worked. I also learned that pinking shears could be used via the eraser. Thanks for that information Cassel 🙂
Trixie’s first friendships were of course her breeder but sadly no photo of her. She did send me photos of her sire and dam. We also took her to register at puppy school and she met her teacher.
The frame element was a two sided one so I placed it on two layers and used selection tool to remove one on one layer and one on another layer, used move tool and slide them together and then merged the two layers. The lion and bear are tubes of mine.
This was fun!
Annie: What a simply darling lil rat. I just might use it as an excuse to dig out some old firecrackers and celebrate too. Yeah, I have known a few rats in my time LOL
Bootcamp Day 4:
I am trying to keep this as a start of the doggies I have loved over the years commencing with the present resident, little Trixie. She is a spunky monkey and a little trickster, not at all like the well trained poodles in my past. Her only saving grace is that she really loves me and is on my heels all the time.
Her is one of the pictures taken on her first unleased backyard adventure.
Bootcamp Day 3:
I had done this first one last week in PSP 9 . Puppy picture was when we bought her in September. The nest one is for our Christmas 2019 scrapbook . I did this one in PSP2020. Quite a big change in vector text and took me more than one look at your video to figure it out.
Thanks for explaining what was wrong with day 1 setting up. I will do as you suggested first thing tomorrow.
I am tied up with doctors tomorrow. You all have a better day than I will.
Bootcamp Day 2:
This was a fun one. I love layers!!
Diabetic Dream lunch- doctor approved 🙂
Bread – lightly toasted Lettuce – 4 and 2 of them color changed
Pickle – 1 Side order = small fry
Onions – deleted Meat – deleted
Tomatoes – 4 with color fixed Side Order – small fries
Bootcamp Day 1
My first page was not like your but had a bunch of offers, tutorials equaling about 8 pictures full. Today I replayed the video and played with that page. I must have touched on something because it changed to the black page but I had to use the slider to get to the black page you showed. I think it is fixed?
Bootcamp Homework Day 1
My Preferences Setup Complete and my Photo
cycle = leprosy
Annie: You really tweaked those twins on their coming of age birthday Great Job 🙂
Bram: What a darling kitty. I love the markings that sweetie has and you showed them off perfectly.
Trish: Amazing colors. I love it. I hope you get your psp prob fixed real soon too.
Doilies: I love using tnem year round. I luckily inherited those made by my great-grandmother thru those of my aunties and Mother. Annie might know of the snowflake ones I put out at Christmas too.
Bonnie: What a great idea! I am going to use that idea to sort out the boxes of christmas photos collected at work and at home through the years.
You All: Totally astonish me with your great ideas. Thanks a million!!!
MY Attempt -an old tutorial
The Ed Sullivan show and a lil girl waiting so excited to see Elvis.
Howdy Ya’ll!
I am looking forward to tomorrow and jumping to PSP2020 Ultimate and Windows 10 all in the same week. Honestly I am only slightly confused. lol
LATHER
Merry Christmas to all
Today I had a long talk with Santa an he agrees I should order PSP Ultimate 2020 boxed.
Hopefully it will arrive before the holidays are over.
Birthday wishes are sometimes like leaves that the wind just carries along.
May you catch them all and hold on to them on your birthday and all the year long!
Thanks Cassel. I was just given the cleanup link from support with the suggestion I also set up a new Corel account and then download the trial version. I will try this later tonight.
One question though, is it possible to do the lessons here with PSP version 9.01 or version 10.10?
I am also going to look for last years version on line and see if that will work.
I sure do appreciate the help you have provided and truly enjoy the folks in the forums.
O= O Holy Night
Cassel: I had not been told to try your suggestion by Support. I tried your suggestion and the uninstall of the 2020 Ultimate trial version only goes to 42% and hangs. I am now waiting on a new response from them.

This little gem I came up with today kinda matches my feeling. lol
Thanks for the nice comments and warm welcome ya’ll.
Cassel, I am so glad I stumbled upon your store which then led me here. I have had a lot of fun playing and learning about bows and ribbons. 🙂
You asked about my problems with 2020. On December 6th. I downloaded it, forgot to reboot first and opened it right away. It started with a video which I watched for a bit. Went to bed and the next day it says the 30 day trial was over. Corel support is working on it for me . Their last advice was go ahead and buy it and then see if it works. Now the sale price for the ultimate version I could afford is over. Not sure what I will do next.
Michele and Trish: I never thought about the less stressful part and I will probably be here too.
Howdy Ya’ll. I just signed up and look forward to seeing all you’re working on this month.
I am still playing in PSP versions 9 and X. I have been working with Corel to get the new 2020 download trial to work for me. I digress .
I have just finished something new playing with tubes, 3 different filters, and a couple scrips. For some dang reason I oddly like the feeling of being alone for this holiday.
