Hi rjay,
if you like, you can subscribe to Carol’s Channel/Blog (what’s the better word?) on YouTube. Named = “Digital Scrapbooking with Creation Cassel” but “Creation Cassel” is a better way to find her channel.
Hello to all of you,
I’m back again. Someone know me from other workshops.
Like I’m trying some scrapbook-pages I’m not sure if I understand it what I’ve learn. So I like to start from the beginning of all and here I am.
My first will be a statue from the garden of Castle Sanssouci in Berlin.
Edit: BTW The pictures may be some kind of confusing but it’s from the resize to 1000×1000.

Welcome, rjay! I have the same “problem” like you. I want to learn about the possibility to use PSP. The workshops are great, I made two workshops and it helped.
Unfortunately I have not so much time to come by to say hello and seek help. I work 27 hours/week and two days free. In this two days I have a lot of work but hopefully I get more time to come by.
Welcome, Iona!
I’m German, but I also use the english version of PSP.
Thanks, Louyse.
So, after a short holiday in Paris I tried and finished Mask Workshop Day 3.
I’m not totally satisfied with my Day 3 result. But I thought I’ll give it a try.
The kit is from Marisa Lerin, font is Arial Black at 150. For the photo (only the photo) I used a drop shadow as it was shown in the Template Workshop Day 2.
I hope you’ll like it and looking forward to reading your comments and tips.
Thanks, Cindy.
Hi everybody,
after a long time of busy work weeks, I finally finished Template Workshop Day 2.
It took me a while to finish it because I restarted to get it 5 – 6 times.
But now it’s done – here’s the result.
Oh, I forgot: Kit is from Marisa Lerin (digitalscrapbook.com). Fonts are as mentioned Carole in the video.

Carole, I have a problem.
I try anew Template Day 2. It works but when I get to the inner circle something went wrong. I choose my solid colour take the right raster but …. as you see in my screenshot. I see my colour inside raster 5 but not on my template. What is wrong?
I followed your instructions step by step and I don’t know what causes the problem. I’m clueless.
+#74594 Carole: Christiane (#74546) what happens when you just hide that layer? Does it still “show up” on your project? Yes, it does (in a slightly grey). I don’t know how but I solve the problem. I used the flood filler and stamped it (anyhow) and it worked.
Carry on to end Template Day 2.
So within the next days I’ll present my result.
Oh, Carole. I’m so sorry I absolutely misunderstood you.
It’s raster 8.
See Screenshot below.
Hi Carole,
maybe you find it. But in case you don’t, here it is: #74453.
I tried both ways, Carole but it didn’t work.
I always saw a grey backgrounded part of some letters. ? ?
I delete the layer.
I try the other way and delete the fonts itself. Hopefully, it works.
Today I try Template Nr. 2.
All the steps are fine by me. But when it comes to delete the TITLE I have difficulties to delete it. As Carole says I delete the raster 8 (the Title) but after that I see part of the Title (in a very light way) inside my inner circel. What do I do wrong? I have no idea.
Can you help me, please?

So, after a very hard week at my job I finally created my first template.
I used a stockfree photo. The Background is marisal gl20 feb solid paper and was a bit darkened. The rectangle is DadyDCS aix KP d’hiver_Pap2 and the raster paper is ps_sharon-dewi-stolp_314151star light-paper-stars-blu_pu.
The font called Palatino Linotyp at 500.
It was hard work but I finally got it. It’s Template Day 1.

#73912 Liz, a very good idea. Maybe a topic for an upcoming workshop?
I’m so sorry.
I have a very busy week, so it’s impossible to attend her. Try to learn and try to do a few templates at the weekend. See you around.
So, today I tried Masks workshop – Day 2.
It took a while to understand what Carole means and how the way it works. So I asked Carole for some advice and – thanks to you, Carole – I found a way to get what I wanted.
So, here’s the result.
These are photos from a town called “Bad Wildungen” where I was in rehab a few years ago. They had a beautiful garden there – a really lovely place. So I went there on a bright sunny day and took some photos. It was a really good time there.
Hi!
I’m so glad I’m in. I
I liked the masks-workshop so much and learned a lot (with some of it I’m struggeling – it needs time). I enjoyed it so much.
I’m looking forward to what’a coming next.
Thanks, Fran.
I asked my eldest what that means because I don’t know this phrase.
My first try of a scrapbook cover.
Me and my husband celebrated our Silver Wedding in 2019 – so 1st try.
Font is Vivaldi at 180.

#73358 Wow! Gorgeous!
So you get an idea how I look.
#73337 Juli, same with me . I’m not that learning type. I’m the same learning type like you. I’m more try and learn. Theory? It’s difficult for me. So I try and try and sometimes it clicked in my mind and then it’s easy-peasy.
Nancy, that’s wonderful! Great work!
Took the other mask from Day 1 – tried to figure out how it’s gonna work.
It took a while but then I got it.
Here’s the final result.
Luckily, the second was easer to create! Hurray!
This one shows a series character I like the most.
It was a bit difficult to hide the edges of the picture but I hope in the end it’ll be better.
