here is my Day 4……… the photo was not that good as it is an old one but I did my best to fix it and the masked helped. we had our adopted cats with us for a few more years after Lassie. we never replaced them all as we felt they couldn’t be. Don and I still reflect on the joyful times that we had with our dear little friends.

this is my Day 3… Charlie was such an adorable cat and the memories he left with us are filled with joy. he also led another little kitten to our home and we ended up with 2 lovely pets.

here is my Day 2… Cassel I like the effect that this technique can achieve… for my page I put the brush layer under the mask layer because I liked the effect better on my photo…….. I made the plaid with one of your scripts…. looking forward to receiving Day 3.

hello Everyone! you have all created beautiful pages….. well done!
I found a little photo of my Mum and Dad that would have been taken back in the 1940’s to 1950’s. It is black and white and had a few blemishes but I have done my best to make it a bit better. my Dad passed away in 1967 and my Mum in January of this year. They were very much in love ….. I was late in registering for this challenge so here is my Day 1
Cassel this technique for the mask is a really different way to do them …. thankyou for showing us.

Wanda (Sue) your page is lovely. the effect you have achieved of your photo in the background is a real compliment to the main photo. and the journaling is great also…… I really like it!
My page for this challenge for the letter A is based on one I did for last Mays word challenge. I have modified the original by changing colours, placements etc and I have added a free fairy poser image from pannsplace. this will also be made into a card.

another card that I have finished…….I have used Cassel’s Twine Wood frame freebie and Edge Font 2 Matt freebie. the seed bead hearts made with Cassel’s seed bead tube with the help of the vector tube script. .. ribbon made with one of Cassel’s scripts. the coloured digital owl image is a freebie from Beccys Place here in Australia.

Hi Cristina! your page layout looks great. I love how you did the tutorials from the lab module. the word frame and the Farchant word look terrific and catches the eye….. I have yet to try those 2 tutorials…..

inspiration for these 2 card fronts for a little girl birthday greeting came from a free tutorial by Tish at pspmadeez called Good Morning Music and the music note tube was provided in a zip file. I didn’t have some of the filters she used in the tutorial so I created mine a bit different. I used free poser images from pannsplace and I created a spiky halo effect from them for the background on both cards. also added a psp rose tube to put in the hand of the fairy girl poser.

Marlene Thank you for your comment…… the wildflower photo was taken at Bunyeroo Valley Flinders Rangers SA…… the sunset was taken at Derby in the Kimberley region WA…… your photo and inspirational quote is great and I agree with you about sunset scenes I also think it is the colours… they can be so spectacular.

I have done another card to add to my collection that I am giving to my sister-in-law. (it is taking awhile because I want to fill a box that I have) something for the men in the family and for any occasion….. this a purchased coloured digital stamp and sentiment from a set called the 3 tenors from Beccy’s Place here in Australia. I have added Cassel’s music tube and Corner punch from set C and the plaid paper I made some time ago.

this morning I found myself thinking about this word challenge and put this card together for the word BETWEEN.. When I had finished it I thought about my Mum and how she would have loved receiving something like this as she had a good sense of humour. she would have had a good laugh and then ask me to make her another one to give to someone else……. great memories to have …..
I have used a purchased coloured digital stamp and sentiment from Beccy’s Place here in Australia The font is kleymissky for the wording between you and me. the rose is a brush I made from a photo a good while ago and I used spruce texture from psp in the frame.

Michele, Thank you also for your kind comments on my friend card…. you asked about the background under the circle with the flower if I made it… no I didn’t.. the rose embossed overlay is from a purchased kit that is no longer available as far as I know as the site closed last year …. Your project above looks great… the photo, font, and the effect you have achieved make a lovely cheerful card!

over the last few days I have been thinking about Friendship whether from within the family or from people I have just met and I have again realized just how special it can be…… here is my first step forward…
Cassel’s lace edge font was used on the circle shape and Cassel’s twisted stings tube was used to create the spirelli effect on circle. Cassel’s Petal font was used to create the flower that I made some time ago. the friend sentiment was free online clipart (author unknown). ……. best wishes to everyone

Cristina in your message you indicated that you are also grieving the loss of a loved one and maybe this has happened recently.
