Michele, your silver LO is lovely my friend. Terrific idea to use a snippet of the dress for the background. Well done.
Corrie, your subway art is lovely and clever use of different languages for seasonal greetings … love it my friend.November 30, 2020 at 6:05 pm #49923Festive Subway Art.
November 30, 2020 at 6:10 pm #49928Xmas Subway art. I created the stocking, mitten , decorated Xmas tree, and cup myself. Carole has a tutorial on creating the mitten, I used the same technique to create to stocking. She also has a tutorial on making Xmas trees. The bells are duplicated clip art I found online. I do enjoy doing these. I find creating subway art relaxing, and quite therapeutic, with something productive at the end of it.
November 30, 2020 at 6:15 pm #49929Meant to say that all the elements I created myself. Carole has a mitten tutorial, I used the same technique to create the stocking. She also has a Xmas tree tutorial, mine is different, I created a cone one, instead of triangles.
November 30, 2020 at 6:54 pm #49930Sue I know you said previously that you love wordart and it shows. This is delightful subway art and very clever work on the mitten, stocking and xmas tree. Hats off to ya my friend! ;D
November 30, 2020 at 9:15 pm #49938Again, thank you ever so much, it’s always a great compliment coming from a fellow psper. Are you slowly getting back into the swing of creating? Give the word art a go, it’s easy and relaxing,
November 30, 2020 at 11:53 pm #49939You are welcome Sue. I am going to have another go at the subway art and today I am playing around with the scavenger hunt. Carole certainly doesn’t let us get bored, lol!
December 1, 2020 at 12:29 am #49944No she doesn’t, she always comes up with unique ideas to keep us motivted. Take care, my friend.
December 1, 2020 at 3:14 am #49946Thanks so much, Annie.
December 1, 2020 at 7:23 am #49948Since I don’t seem to be creating anything except for my gaming group, I thought I’d share today’s.
December 1, 2020 at 3:32 pm #49954I said earlier, it’s fabulous, like an oil painting.
December 1, 2020 at 5:32 pm #49955Thank you Annie, the subway art is lovely, do give it another try. I’ll certainly will over the next month, its also great for birthdays etc, You can make it so personal for the recipient of the card. I’m also working on the scavanger hunt at the moment.
Michelle, I like your background made from that gorgious dress, it looks very much like a painting from Monet.
December 2, 2020 at 4:52 am #49974Thank you, ladies. <3
December 2, 2020 at 8:25 am #49984There are so many fun, lovely and beautiful layouts, subway art, and tags that it is hard to keep up with all the work if you often don’t come here.
Great work, and a joy to see all the little details and techniques. Everyone’s work has shown how creative this group is!
December 2, 2020 at 2:31 pm #49995Everyone is doing such a great job. I love the Subway Art. I need to get on that although it seems the ideas are just not coming. I’ve been babysitting my neighbor’s dog. She takes up a lot of time although it is fun. Maybe a dog subway art! Needless to say I haven’t been at the computer much. I did manage to finish the calendar and am now getting them ready to mail. I sat down this morning and decided to do a Lab. I’m at 10-10 , first part and I just love this concept. Here are a few of the cross patterns I came up with.
December 2, 2020 at 2:34 pm #49996I agree with Sue, this does look like an oil painting. Fantastic job!
December 2, 2020 at 4:05 pm #49998Lynda, isn’t that a versatile type of pattern? You can create dozens of designs with a single tutorial!
December 2, 2020 at 9:26 pm #50011Lynda, top marks for the pages, they are beautiful. I must explore more of L10M10 … you have inspired me!
December 3, 2020 at 8:07 am #50027Great papers, Lynda. I really have to get back to the labs.
December 6, 2020 at 1:32 pm #50148Sue, you are the master of subway art. I love how you included elements that you made yourself. Well done.
Michele, it is always a delight to see what you create for your gaming group. The expressionism is no exception. Beautiful colors.
Lynda, gorgeous cross patterns. Glad to see you back doing the labs. They are a lot of fun (although, sometimes exasperating, when my mind isn’t working….LOL).
December 7, 2020 at 5:57 am #50188Thanks so much, Karon.
