I think the world is a little “bonkers” currently, nothing seems predictable. Perhaps Mother Earth is just telling us to stay on our toes! <3December 9, 2019 at 8:09 pm #36427Thanks Dawn … your comments are always very welcome my friend. <3

December 9, 2019 at 10:52 pm #36431December 10, 2019 at 4:32 am #36438I was away for one week, and when I am back, I see all the lovely work posted here.
I don’t know where to start, but you, Annie, Michele, and Trish did an amazing job! Beautiful color palettes, great techniques. It is always a joy to come here and see your work. 🙂 <3
I am dying to do something for the Lab, Bingo, and Santa Challenges. I also want to practice the lovely Snow Ball/Bauble from the Masterclass, but I had to finish what I was doing for Christmas. This year two more family members will join our dinner, so a few more things to do. It’s a lot of preparation, but well worth to see the family together.
December 10, 2019 at 4:42 am #36442Here is one of the calendar layouts. Template by Cassel __ Up-to-Date 2017 Challenge.
This year, for the place cards, I used very bright colors, and the papers are from Granny Enchanted (Glitter, Red Star, and Red Sparkle). All elements by DiHiller (PixelScrapper).
Fonts: Amber Whiskey Aged (calendar); Merry Christmas Star and Merry Christmas Flake
December 10, 2019 at 6:22 am #36446Beautifully turned out Cristina, well done Hon. <3

December 10, 2019 at 10:05 am #36455Thanks so much, Dawn and Cristina. Your encouragement is always very appreciated.
Annie, I think I’ll make you an honorary Fab Diva.
Trish, the colors you used on your Christmas Lights page are so soft and beautiful. They really complement the entire project. I especially like the other “scene” showing through the little frame. Great idea and wonderful masking. I commented on your Santa pic on the Theme Challenge thread.
Cristina, your April calendar is absolutely adorable and your place cards are wonderful.
December 10, 2019 at 10:42 am #36457Michele, thank you so much! <3
December 10, 2019 at 12:45 pm #36458Thank you Michele, April and Christina, a girl needs all the encouragement she can get.
Love those place mats Christina, so cute x
December 10, 2019 at 3:13 pm #36477You gave us the color swatches that you made the Elf Alphabet from. I am Twill Plaid Crazy. Now to get the photos from my daughter, since they decorated and I do not.
Update – Twill not really visible at this size I just realized.
December 10, 2019 at 8:17 pm #36486Cristina … love your Calendar and your place cards…. I am sure those place cards will be a great addition to your table setting this Christmas with your family.
Trish … your green and red card above is lovely and has a little vintage feel to it which I love.
Lynn … your twill papers will look great for any element or background on any project you create with them.
best wishes to everyone,
Dawn

December 12, 2019 at 1:44 am #36508Hello Scrapbook Campus Friends. My play for today was to make a Christmas alpha. I was inspired by a couple of letters I stumbled across in a google search. I made all from scratch except for the jingle bells and the holly leaves. I created the cluster first and then I went to work on the letters. Most of the patterns were my own creation but I did use some of Cassels and some from Pixel Scrapper. I could have displayed all but decided to just go with the santa theme. Thanks for takin a peek!
December 12, 2019 at 6:48 am #36509OMG, Annie, those are absolutely incredible! It would have taken me forever to do something like that and I would need a tutorial to show me how.
December 12, 2019 at 6:58 am #36511From my gaming group today. I used Filter Forge 8: Effects: Distortion: Frosty on the original pic and added a little Gaussian blur. The rest were various borders, shadows, inner bevels, etc. The original is an album cover for Miss Natasha Enquist. I was googling the theme, Piano Accordion when I ran across it and fell in love with the image.
December 12, 2019 at 7:45 am #36512Love the Alpha Annie I have been playing around with one of those myself you beat me to it x well done x
Michele, that is fantastic, bought back so many memories of my nan who played one. Thru the war she entertained with it and played with Max Bygraves. You never seem to hear them these days. Thank you for the memories. Well Done x
