Can PSP 2018 or PSP 2018 Ultimate be installed with windows 8.1??

Hi Jody, both PSP2018 and PSP2018 Ultimate are the exact same program. The Ultimate refers to a bundle of add-ons that you get when you purchase the program. Whether it works with Windows 8.1, I would assume so, since I run it on Windows 7.
