Please help me Question

Ive spun my wheels all over trying to get help,   I made a anniv git picture and it was gold  U/L it here and it was b/w

then so I looked in directory its gold took a snap of it and its b/w when I u/l it.

Never happened before  I cant do what I wanted to work on because it saves in B/W   plz help me

Was the Name drawn on the 100 gift?   its 4 month I think Membership 🙂
