How to color crocheted tubes?

I just bought the Crocheted Tubes and was wondering what the easiest way is to color them to match a paper using PSP 2019?

Typically, the simplest ways are to go Adjust > Hue and Saturation > Colorize or Adjust > Hue and Saturation > Hue/Saturation/Lightness.
