Convert .aco files for use in psp?

Hi

Can anyone tell me if it’s possible to use .aco files in paint shop? I did google on it but didn’t find anything that works. Is it possible to convert them maybe?

It looks like PSP can’t even open that format. What it is from?

my stores are giving me .aco files mostly color paletes made in photoshop. I always ask a jpg files with the colors, but some stores are very slow with giving them and I loose a lot of time waiting for the colors.
