In November, our monthly theme is GAMES.

Let’s play our monthly alphabet game.

Let’s find words that are related to games, game pieces, etc.

      Who will start?

E = Euchre (I had to look up the spelling — it’s a card game).  Ah, dominos…I remember playing that long ago and far away. This game is bringing back memories.

Oh Euchre!! When I met my husband, his family was regularly playing that and I had never heard of it so the first few years, I was just watching while they played (luckily, I was the 5th person in the room). Eventually, I learned and as the times changed, we had our weekly Sunday night card games. For several years afterward.

(is it the same game where you play only with the cards 9 and up?)

Yes, that’s the same card game. Don’t ask me to play it, though.  🙂
