I decided to try to create two additional selections and fill them and add drop shadow.
I copied the selection through the drop shadow and changed values for placement and pasted twice.

I had a bit of trouble determining how to place the selection and where the fill had to be located to fill it, but I think I am getting the hang of it now.
Normally, I would do that on separate layers and hope that I will find how to do that in script.
At one point in my life I was a computer programmer, but not Python.
