I have gone back to a color palette site to browse and pick some color palettes for you. This month, it is Easter (for those who celebrate it), and spring for those in the Northern hemisphere. Whether you are creating an Easter project, a spring project, or something completely different, how about using this set of pastel colors. Use them to create a background, frames, elements, etc.

Can you create a project using these colors?

Palette challenge,  turn all the colors into a gradient, then applied some blurring, followed by mosaic, kaleidoscope, bubbles, geometric, each pattern layer were added to the overlapping pattern and a collage of flowers added, formed a ring to form a frame and overlaid it.

I really love that Trish.  After a not so great night at work, what an inspiring image to come home and see.  Beautiful gradients!

Here, I have combined 4 challenges.  The April Colour palette. April Word Challenge, using the the word OVER.  Carole’s Photo circle, and a frame from the dynamic masterclass.   It’s been a while since I created this particular label. Carole’s knot script.  I named one  squirrel Scratch, because she has a scratch across her nose. Which will probably leave a scar.

Trish – you have really been going to town! Love what you have been posting, but especially like this one with the gradient and so many textures. May I copy those images to give me an idea of playing around???

Great job, everyone. I love the pastel color palette. I hope I can make time to create something.

I like the colors in this palette and used from Alinamaria templates Avril  21, which I downloaded last year when we did the Love Challenge with another one of her templates. I’m getting a fan of templates especially when I want to do something quickly because I didn’t have much time to scrap! I still have to watch the last masterclass, but having been able to celebrate my birthday with family and friends was good too. Although everything spread over 5 days was a bit stressy with the preparations but at least we could have visitors again after 2 years!

This page is more suited to the colour palette.  The frame is a brush, which I coloured, then used the  mitred corner script. Created a circle of flowers, using a brush, filled it in  to create a tag, to add some info.  My usual word art. At home, and certainly in Wales, it is illegal to dig up or pick  wild plants. All wild plants are given protection.   Evening Primrose.

Everyone is  creating wonderful pages. Although these pastel colours are gorgeous. I’m so used to choosing colours from  my photos.  I tend to favour earthy colours.  This sort of challenge is  good for me, it gets me out of my comfort zone.

Corrie: Happy Belated Birthday! Admiring your layout; those flowers resemble the pot I have on my coffee table right now. We call them Grape Hyacinths and they are a sure sign of Spring here.

                                  Thank you Ann and Bonnie!!!

Here is my layout again. On Facebook Sue said it was a pity that the mask obscured my photo and I agree. So I painted with white on the flowers, not on the greenerie and it looks much nicer now. Thank you Sue!

Ann in Dutch these little bulbs are called: blauwe druifjes (little blue grapes) or witte druifjes (little white grapes).
