do you remember the webinar a while back with stars,how you can give a glow like stars in photoshop?
I do not know how you did that. My daughter has given psp 16 for mothers day! I’m very happy but dont know what to do too get that effectlove lisa
Yes Lisa, it was in the Making Magic presentation. The way to create the glow is using the Layer Style. Double-click on the layer where you did the lines, and check in the Style tab. There, you should find the Glow setting. Play with the settings until you get something you like.
