Do you have a sweet tooth? Do you have photos of kids with their face smeared with ice cream? Do you enjoy ice cream cake? Show us what you have in a fun and sweat layout!
Let’s make everyone hungry!
August 2, 2019 at 10:22 pm #32923As I mentioned in the alphabet game…we often go for ice cream after pickleball.
Nathan’s is a local ice cream place. This is their only location but they soon will add a second. They are open only March thru the first week of December. Opening day each year is cause for celebration! I used Carol’s mask script for the photos.
August 3, 2019 at 4:20 am #32928Bonnie, nice layout! I like the effect of the masks on the photos; I have to remember to use them more often. Love the font!
August 3, 2019 at 7:01 pm #32951hello Bonnie you have created a very nice page…. masks are wonderful aren’t they.. they add a great effect to photos and help to display them with many interesting effects.
best wishes,
Dawn.
August 3, 2019 at 9:59 pm #32961Thank you, Cristina and Dawn! I especially enjoyed creating that page. Nathan’s is a local favorite…great memories there. Yes, I enjoy mask but seldom remember to use them. You are correct…mask do add a great effect…I’ll work on using them more.
Here is a page I did for the Publish It Challenge…my last day in Albuquerque and I found an ice cream shop!
August 4, 2019 at 5:05 am #32970Bonnie, what a fun page! Carole’s challenges are a great opportunity for us to make memories and practice the program.
August 4, 2019 at 7:22 pm #32978Bonnie what a great shop to have visited, looking through all the toys from the past and having ice cream as well.. a nice memory page.
best wishes,
Dawn.
August 6, 2019 at 9:10 pm #33028August 7, 2019 at 3:16 am #33033Hi, libera, fun layout! Nice choice of colors based on the italian flag… I like the alpha and the cute ice cream vehicle. Well done!
August 7, 2019 at 10:17 pm #33046Oh what fun! Bonnie, I love that cow bench. I need one like that. Libera the delicious looking letters are fantastic.
I had a lot of fun creating ice cream cones. The only problem is I keep having to stop and eat ice cream!
August 8, 2019 at 2:38 pm #33050I hear you, Sharon…ice cream is always calling my name!
August 9, 2019 at 7:10 pm #33054Bonnie, Libera and Sharon, nice work on your pages my friends … all ice cream fans undoubtedly! <3
August 13, 2019 at 11:56 pm #33143Hello Scrapbook Campers. The photo I used on this page was taken by Alexander from Pexels … I just loved the colours so I had to use it for this challenge. Thanks for takin a peek.
August 14, 2019 at 2:23 am #33144Libera.. you have created a happy page and I love the Alpha.
Sharon a very nice page … I can understand why you would stop and want to eat ice cream.
Annie a great page and it looks like a very delicious ice cream

August 14, 2019 at 11:16 am #33160Well finally found time for icecream, other than eating it just now.
Bonnie what is pickleball !August 14, 2019 at 11:20 am #33162Umm that frame looked better on my page than it does here, I am fixed on rose gold at the mo, decided to decorate the bedroom in it.
August 14, 2019 at 11:25 am #33164Now I am going to raid the fridge, for some praline and cream.
August 14, 2019 at 2:22 pm #33175Outstanding work all of you! Now I want to go to the beach and eat ice cream until I pop!
August 14, 2019 at 3:47 pm #33176Trish, pickleball is the fastest growing sport in the US…and I imagine in the world. It is a combination of tennis, badminton and ping pong. The ball is plastic and has holes in it but not a whiffle ball. The paddle is solid and larger than a ping pong paddle. The court is the size of a badminton doubles court. Google it and you will find more info than you ever wanted. It is tons of fun and easy on the joints…a favorite of seniors. However, all ages play, making it a perfect family activity.
August 17, 2019 at 2:47 am #33243Simone found these photos, taken 2 yrs ago, of her pug, Tobias, on his first adventure into the delights of ice cream. A cafe at one of our local beaches serves these ice creams for dogs and, needless to say, Simone purchased one for him. To help showcase these pics I used the lovely scrap kit by Elif Sahin from PixelScrappers titled Heat Wave. Ice creams are my own creation. Thanks for takin a peek.
August 17, 2019 at 4:46 am #33247Sharon, Trish, and Annie, you all created some lovely and yummy layouts! Great job!
August 17, 2019 at 4:58 am #33248Thanks Cristina, always appreciated my friend. <3
August 18, 2019 at 3:33 am #33287I found this fantastic photo by Rosie Kerr on Unsplash and I simply had to use it for this challenge. Text and background paper as per lessons in Lab 9 – Module 8. Ice Cream from a template by Janet Scott from PixelScrappers and the flower and border elements are by Marisa Lerin and Sheila Reid from PixelScrappers. Thanks for takin a peek!
August 18, 2019 at 7:20 pm #33341Annie and Trish …. your pages look great!
best wishes to you both,
Dawn.
August 18, 2019 at 8:18 pm #33345Not happy with either one of these but here they are. I used Carole’s custom playing card for the one.
August 19, 2019 at 9:25 am #33354Should have posted these in the photo challenge. I’ll do that now…sorry folks…it fits here too…but….
August 19, 2019 at 10:09 am #33358Hi Bonnie thank you for the explanation, I have never heard of it, sounds great fun xx

August 29, 2019 at 12:02 am #33835One more from me for the ice cream challenge. This photo is from Unsplash and was taken by Toa Heftiba just before tucking into the black buko ice cream from Mamasons Dirty Ice Cream in London. I used the template Cytisia-DCS-Template artsy2. Thanks for takin a peek!
