PaintShop Pro is based on layers. Without layers, you would not be able to do 99.9% of what PaintShop Pro is capable of. Without layers, you would only be painting. So what are layers, and why are they so powerful?
Let's have a look at this little "exercise". Let's make a sandwich, and it will all make sense.
(before watching the video, download your practice files)
(P.S. On versions X7 and up, you will have to click back to the Sandwich image after moving each layer to your plate. In the video, it was not necessary because it was using an older version of the program)
