  1. Here is my contribution to this challenge. I used DeDeSmith 6Bes free kit and used the following elements:

1st horizontal row=  Black paper, ricrac ribbon, circle shape, torn page, and frame.

1st vertical row= Black paper, button, measuring tape, leather element, and grungy edge.

The frame is by hfinch "FruitLoop", I only have changed the color to white. All other elements were made following Cassel's tutorials... Font: English157BT

Although I had struggled a bit --nothing I was making was pleasing me-- in the end, I had fun and learned a lot.

  2. Hi Michele, :)

I missed seeing your work here! ...I'm sorry to hear about your injury and I do hope you get better soon... I haven't tried the quilted texture yet but I sure have to... Your card is lovely and perfect for someone, who is a quilter. I love the color and font too.

    Like Dawn always says...

    Best wishes <3

  3. Bram, lovely layout and a wonderful way to keep the memory of a mother's present... He looks happy with the new friend :)

Annie, great layout... It looks like the polar bear is not amused lol...

Carole, wow :-0 ... An encounter with a bear is something that I would only like to have from a very far distance... Be careful.

  4. Dawn, Annie, and Libera thank you so much for your kind comments. :) <3

Dawn, the visit to the museum was really nice and although we had been there before, we spent about 4 hours looking at old vehicles, going up and down of airplanes, boats, submarines... The photos show the last part we visited.

Debbie, the sunset image is amazing. Great work!

Trish, all of your work is great, and I love the stags greetings layout. Beautiful!

Sharon, this is so cute! The "Pop-Up" class is really great and it is amazing what one can create using the Pick Tool. Lovely job!...

And by the way, I am also not receiving any notification that someone has posted here... probably a glitch.

  5. This is the layout I made to practice the tutorials from the Lab9 Module 06 (Multifont Sticker - Paper Fan - Scribble Text).

  6. Sue, Mireille, Raymond, Dennis, Libera, and Sharon, it is so nice to see all the layouts/photos/work posted here showing what everyone has been learning here on the Campus... And there is so much more to learn from Carole. Great work, everyone!

Annie, this little guy, and your page are adorable!

  7. libera, thank you!

Annie, I also do things the long way most of the time, at least when I am trying a new technique  ... It's a way of learning the process -- even if I forget it afterwards! -- and also value the help of having the scripts. ;)

  8. Annie, you had a lot of work to hand draw the title! :) ... Years ago I learned here in the Campus through Carole (PSP Stuff section), that there is also a script (Auto tuber script) to speed up the process of creating a twisted string or similar tubes... But the Vector Tube Script is a big help for this kind of project like yours.
  9. libera, your layout is very nice and colorful. Nice work! ... And thanks for the link!

Dear Annie, you took some very nice photos. I never saw these colored beetles before; nature is always amazing us...It looks like you used the Vector Tube Script with the Twisted String for the title...Whatever technique, it came out great. Nice job, my friend! <3

Michele, thank you! <3... I have to say that I tried other options before, but didn't like any of them! lol ... Sometimes I have different ideas but when I transfer them to the paper (screen), it doesn't come out as nice as I thought it would. :D

  10. Mireille, Annie, and Dawn thank you so very much for your kind comments on my layout :) ... Very much appreciated! <3

Annie another great layout... beautiful photos and I love the choice of colors.

I mentioned before that I love to participate in the challenges because it is a way for me to practice what I learn with Carole, but a great part of the fun comes from everyone that post their work here... I learn and am inspired by all of you!

  12. Mireille, beautiful layout and colors.

Marlene, what a good idea to use the Balls and Bubbles... the result is great.

Dawn, what a lovely layout and the photos are beautiful... I am so glad to see you here, my friend. :) Best wishes to you <3

Wanda (Sue), great idea to use the corner punches to have the 10 circles... I love how you used the interlacing technique on the photos... I have to remember this one. :)

All the layouts, since the first one, are amazing and so creative... I really get inspired by everyone here. Great work, ladies!

  13. Sue and Annie, great examples of layouts for this challenge! ... I have to see if I can come up with something... there are so many elements... but will be probably fun!  :)

Sue, I love the family photos you made... They are so cute! <3

  14. Sharon, Annie, and Michele, great work with the crochet lace edge and the staff tube. I have to try these someday! There are so many techniques I want to try and not enough time. :)

Sharon and Michele, thank you so much for your kind words... They are very much appreciated! <3

  15. This is the layout I made to practice the tutorials from the Lab9-Module 05 (Arrow Shape - Colored Bricks - Word Stickers).

The template is a freebie from Scrapping with Liz (May 2019 monthly blog challenge template). Papers are freebies from DeDe Smith (Magical Fairy Tales). I added confetti, which I made following Lab7-Module 09 tutorial.

The bow was done with Cassel's Bow2 Script. It is great to see how the script works... all these little pieces moving around and then turning out to this beautiful bow.
