Everyone here is doing such a great job! The good thing about this workshop is that a magazine can be about anything; there are no boundaries. And we are lucky enough to learn about all the different subjects posted.
-
I got inspiration from the internet... There are many pages of travel magazine templates, titles, etc... Ultimately, I did my own, based on my needs but using them as inspiration.
-
Corrie, this must be a very interesting place to visit.

He sure does, Susan! ?

Marie-Claire, Poncho is so handsome! He sure deserves to be on the cover page! ?

Libera, you are not alone! ? I'm juggling this workshop, the scripting, and now the Magazine!
-
What a horrible experience, too, Susan! It's even worse because we are not used to this kind of behavior. As you said, strong nerves and the ability to keep calm like an angel! ?
-
Carole, I can only imagine how upsetting it was for you until everything was clarified. ? And the person who cried the loudest was the one who took credit for somebody else's work. One needs strong nerves to deal with this situation!

Here, Michele!

Ann, I tried to locate it from where I've downloaded them but cannot find it anymore. I thought it was in one of the newsletters, but now I am not sure anymore.

Here is my contribution to this challenge. The photo is from a Biergarten we like to go to when the weather is nice and warm... not so much this year. I added Markus to the layout in a different way it is meant to be used, as I don't have a "real" Markus to take to places. ? I used a technique from the 2018 Popup Masterclass.

Julie, I like the layout very much! I like a lot this kind of background paper. I have to remember to use them more often. I also love reading; I always have books and the Kindle on the bedside table.

Yeahh, I am delaying everything (Travel Tale, Scripting Group Course) because of the warmer days... We are not wasting any opportunity to go out and enjoy the good weather because we know it will not last long... I am sure next week I will see some Christmas cookies in the supermarket. And, again, people will be surprised that Christmas is "only" 14 weeks away. ?

I agree; the technique is easy, but I also have to follow the instructions. ? I liked the color, as it's so different from what we initially get with a solid color... It looks like you added a Sepia toning effect... It gave me an idea to use it as a subtle background. I am always inspired by what everybody posts here!

MoniqueN, I also love this layout and the colors you used. Great work!
-
Susan, you achieved a very interesting result for the linoleum background with whatever technique you used. I liked it a lot.
