What a fun and cute layout, Fiona! Great idea to make the hanging bees/bug hotels.
-
Michele, this is so cute! I also have the Hanging Photos script, and I like it very much... Imagine having to create it manually? A lot of work!
-
Amazing layout, Marie-Claire! It paid back all the work you had!

This is so beautiful, Michele! Everything fits so well together, and I love the color, the illustration, everything.

She must have been delighted knowing you had the older templates! I only got to know her after I joined the Scrapbook Campus, as before, I had no idea what scrapbooking was... And this what not immediately; I was probably looking for some freebies. I also have some recipe templates from her, and I used some when Carole had a Theme Challenge called Recipe... I had those templates already. The Lilypad site has a 50% discount on selected designs every Wednesday and, if I am not mistaken, a 20% discount every Friday... I am not a big buyer, but I take advantage when I see something I could use at a good price.

Libera, what a lovely way to remember our dearest friend, Annie Tobin. ❤️ I was really shocked by the sad news because although she was having issues after the eye operation, nothing suggested it was anything major. She had a big heart!

Thank you so much, Rene! I also have this Globe Cutout. ? --- Besides that, I have the Adventure Waits Cutout and Life is an Adventure kit. -- I got to know her years ago because of the Monthly Template freebies. --- There are many designers at Lilypad that I like very much. Those two layouts are beautiful, and I like both titles very much! --- You gave me a great idea to use the cutouts as titles... Never thought of doing this, but will do it whenever possible. That's why I say we learn a lot here.

Happy you found it! ---- I have had this Scrapping with Liz Around-the-World templates for quite some time. ---- Have fun!

Thank you, Mary! ❤️ And, yes, the enamel corner really gave the photo an interesting and nice effect. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- I noticed that I had the Title layer turned off while working on the project and never turned it back on again... So anyway, I tweaked the layout a bit after I posted it here.

Thank you so much, Suzy! ❤️ Yeah, because of the photo's shapes, it took longer than usual, but exactly these shapes caught my attention to the layout... I created the gradient based on the colors of the Italy flag. But I had to create a few before I had one that I liked...It was good practice on how to create a gradient. ?

Thank you so much for your kind and uplifting comment, Ann! ❤️ ... We are all inspired by each other work and expertise... I have learned so many things from Carole and the members through the years...That's why this group is so great.

Here is the layout. I had to start from zero, as I got the message "Unable to open file" as I was almost finishing it in PSP 2023... I think it has to do with the text tool, but not sure...So I recreated it in PSP 2019 just to be sure. Credits: (1) Template: SwL_AroundtheWorldTemplate2 (2) Heart ps_janet-scott_33385_be-mine-brown-crochet-heart_cu.png (3) Carole: Basic background paper following the Lab5-09 Text paper tutorial, and a paper from the internet... Also used the Custom Coin script.

So, Suzy, you are the one we must thank for this great script! ?

I like the layout very much, Ann... And it looks even more beautiful with this script! I also got it but have yet to use it... Soon

I haven't been here lately, so only now seeing the past entries. Susan, you created a lovely and touching card for this difficult moment.

Sherie, I am not an expert in shadowing, but I think you did great with this tag.

Lovely layouts are posted here! I like big cities but also like very much to be in contact with nature... Watching these little creatures can be very relaxing and entertaining. Sue, I can only imagine how thrilled you are when being only a few cm away from them... The same goes for Susan and Ann, seeing them so close... Bonnie, no appreciation at all! ? Our regular squirrel customers, as we call them, not only eat from the usual feeders but also have to squeeze into the birdhouse feeder. I had to stretch my arm with the cell phone through the door to get this shot. Corrie, have a safe and great trip! ❤️

Susan, I haven't had any problems with compatibility, mine is also set to X8-2021, but it's good to know that it might happen so I know where to look. And I feel your pain about losing work... Like Rene, I am having many issues with 2023 and using other versions to finish a project... Besides the problem with selecting the layers, I had problems with Text (changing fonts, etc.) where the program crashed a few times... The last issue happened twice, and I could not open the pspimage file: "Unable to open the file. Please verify that the file is valid." The first time, I got an older version of the file from the external hard disk, but the second time, they were the same... So I had to start from zero after almost finishing the layout.

This is lovely, Mary. I like the use of a mask with grungy edges.

This is looking amazing...It's so fun to find new additions!... What material do you use to create them? The vases look like real ones. Good idea to add other hanging plants... I have a few at home too, but nowadays, they are mostly from Ikea ? ... Before, I would have relatives to take care of the plants while we were away, but now they are not close/able anymore.

Yeah, unfortunately, that's my case. ☹️

I have a Wacom tablet and used to work a lot with the desktop... But since I had to use the laptop, I never tried it again... always postponing... But it takes time to adjust to it.

Rene, this looks like to be a good system. I have to look more into it... When there is a newsletter promoting kits, I am attracted to it by the colors used. .. Only after that I'll check what is inside... Sometimes it happens. I had already bought it before, like ... today! Good that the site warns when one has already purchased the item.
