Thank you Shirley! Ragdolls are beautiful. What does a Miradoll look like? I currently have 4 rescued inside cats and one long haired Patio Cat who is a feral. I have been trying to get her to trust me enough to become an inside cat. She is Siegfried's mother, and brought him to our patio when he was a tiny kitten. She would allow me to pet him and bring him in the house, but she refuses to be a house cat. I tried a couple of times and she totally freaked out. Our back patio is covered and we have a fence around the backyard. Also, 2 side walls of the house are on the right and left of the patio to keep the wind out. I have plenty of warm cat beds and blankets for her when it gets colder and I rig up a little campsite for her. Most of the time we do not get that cold here in Texas. I keep telling her what she misses by not being a house cat. Well, maybe some day, I hope. In the meantime she gets her 3 meals a day, sometimes more and seems to be happy about that. Once I place her food down she comes up to me and brushes against me to thank me, but I only get to touch her just a little bit, before she gets skittish. I have to be patient. Some of the other cats I show in the workshops are our Rainbow Bridge Angels that will always be remembered and loved.

Here is my Magazine Lesson-5, showcasing Natasha, YaPurr and Calico Tom, who is not really a Calico, but my husband liked the name and it stuck. Calico did too. All three are interested in their surprise visitor. I used a gradient in PSP 23 Ultimate for the background, Font is Cat Paw.

I kept trying to get the white text on part of the mat again and this time it worked. So here it is again.

Here is my Lesson-4. I had a hard time to turn part of the text on the mat to white by using Brightness/Contrast. Every time I tried to select the Mat with the magic wand , it selected the mat, and the text and it did not turn that text color to white. So I just left the text all in black. The photos are mine and the Font is Fiolex Girls, which I downloaded many years ago. I kept the pages separate, I do not remember how to turn them into a double page. I think we had a Master class or workshop on that. I need a refresher course.

Here is Lesson-3. The photo is of our Siegfried, he loves to grab a blanket and snuggle into it. He thinks he is hiding and I play along and make a big production of looking for him. Font is Cat Paw again and I used Carole's tip of duplicating the text layer, promoted to raster, selected the lower text and used Adjust, Brightness and Contrast at 255 Brightness. Used green for the text "Purrfect". Added color to background layer.This was fun!

Magazine Lesson- 2: I used a photo of our Mr. Mooch as he is keeping close watch over his kingdom. Stone Cat is keeping him silent company. The title font is Cat Paw as in my Day-1 project, the rest of the text is Arial. Thank you Carole for pointing out what to do, if the photo does not cover the whole area. I also added a matching background.

Here is my Magazine Lesson-1. The title is: Cat's Meow. The photo shows our Cat Leo. I am doing this magazine cover also as a tribute to him as he is one of the Cat Angels at the Rainbow Bridge, and he will be forever in our hearts. The font is Cat Paw from Creative Fabrica. The next pages will showcase our other feline companions, and I will add Marcus somewhere also to keep them company.

Mine will be about Cats. ?

Here is my 2023 Quick Page Workshop-Lesson-8. I looked at the QP Kits at Digital Scrapbooking and selected one called Love Birds from Gina Jones. Added other graphics from Creative Fabrica and my stash. The Font is Fadilla (in my Windows Fonts) and I applied an inner Bevel and drop shadows. This was such a fun-filled workshop and I always learn something new. I titled it Tweet Tweet and gave the birds some extra musical notes and a guitar. I think I have added 10 projects, it was fun to realize how much I have learned. Thank you Carole and all of you, You inspire me! Note: The previous Alpine Flowers layout was also from QP Workshop 2023.

Here is my Quickpage Workshop -Lesson-4. I selected an Alpine mountain photo and Alpine flowers. Photos are from Pixabay and Creative Fabrica. The font is Garamond (in my Windows Fonts). Flowers are the Blue Gentian (Enzian) and the other two are Alpine Rose(also called Rhododendron) and the Edelweiss. Instead of color for the font I used a picture of a flower meadow with the Enzian and Alpine Rose, then used the pattern to fill the font.

Here is my project from Template Workshop-Lesson-7. I learned how to tweak a template to customize it. Background papers and embellishments are from Digital Scrapbooking. I changed the Title to Spring Flower Garden, and added different ribbons also from Digital Scrapbooking. Font is one Carole used "Bowlby One SC".

Disregard the links not working for the video and tutorials in the Template workshops , I was not logged in so that's why I did not see them.I should have known better, but it has been a long day.I'll do better next time.

Here is my projects from Template Workshop-Lesson-4. The photos are my own and showcase Lake Constance in Lindau Germany. The link in Lesson 4 does not show the video or tutorial. I used papers from Digital Scrapbooking.I learned how to add an inside Border and using photos with fuzzy edges,(Masks). Font is Bernard MT which I have in my Windows Font Folder.

Here is my project from Template Workshop-Lesson-3 titled Backyard Friends. The photograph is mine, we love to have the deer visit our backyard. The mother kept her little fawn on our patio for a while. We were glad to give her a safe place until the fawn got bigger and was able to get around.I learned how to use layered templates, stitching, and to bind and use 2 scripts "Clip To It" and "Open as a Layer". Papers and embellishments are from Digital Scrapbooking. Font is Segoe UI Semibold which is in my Windows fonts. The video, and downloads did not show up on the link for lesson 3.

Here is a project from the Templates Workshop 2022 Lesson-1. For this, I also used the extra template which shows Paris in the Spring. The Eiffel Tower, etc. is from Pinterest, I picked the pink and grey color from the Paris picture. The rest of the papers and embellishments are from Digital Scrapbooking, the font is Fiolex Girls which I have had in my Windows fonts for a long time. It is sometimes hard to pick the layouts for this event, they all mean something special for me.

Here is another one from Sept. Scrapbook Bootcamp. It is Day 9 I learned how to use the pinking shear effect which was a lot of fun.Flower pictures are from my backyard and papers and embellishments are from Digital Scrapbooking. Font for Bees is Franklin Gothic Demy Cond.

Here is my project Bootcamp Sept. 2021 Lesson-7 resized to new format. I learned about rulers and snap to Guides. Photo shows our cats Bella and YaPurr. Papers and other embellishments are from Digital Scrapbooking.

I attended the next Scrapbook Bootcamp that started in September 2021. Here is Lesson 3 again. Photo is of our Bella who likes to climb the book shelves to look for some interesting Cat Tales. Background and other embellishments are from Digital Scrapbooking. I am resizing my graphics to fit the 501 maximum kb limit. They used to work in the earlier workshops.

I started with Scrapbook Campus in March 2021, I learned about layers and also received a sheet with helpful Basic Scrap Tips. Lesson 3 titled New Kid on the Block. Here is my result. I used a photo of our Leo. Some embellishments and font are from my files and some from Digital Scrapbooking

Just finished Day 6 a little while ago. I used the extra Template from Day 6. Photos are mine, and Mom volunteered to wear the hat for a few minutes. Background papers are from Digital Scrapbooking (Jessica Dunn).
