Thanks Jean. We really do have beautiful birds here and the Rainbow Bee-Eater is superb. I was a hopeless photographer and most of the photos I use are from Australia Geographic ... and they have some amazing photos of birds. :)

A lovely page Gerry and I feel where you are coming from. We lost our little Jasper in May of last year and I love him as much today as I did throughout his life with me. He was 12 yr old and should have had a few good years ahead of him but that is the way it goes.

Jean you have created a lovely page of your grandchildren and Kakadu. My sister lived in the territory for a couple of years but I never got to visit. Sorry now that I didn't because she reminds me of the beauty of Kakadu often ... as sisters do, lol! :D

Thanks Cassel, I see what you mean. Had I wanted it flat as in a magazine display I should not have put shadows on the photos. Otherwise I should have separated out the text onto different layers in line with digital scrapbooking. Never too old to learn! :D

Hello Scrapbook Campus.  I am a little behind as I got caught up doing a few things with my sister yesterday ... that's family for ya!  :)  This is the Australian Galah ... very common here and much loved.  The western Australian galah has slightly paler colours to that of the eastern bird but still have that beautiful pink and grey combination.  Thanks for takin a peek!
