  1. This was cor the Honeymoon challenge.  Our actually Honeymoon was very short, only 4 days, and was spent at my family's fishing cabin on Table Rock Lake in the Ozarks.  This is actually from what we dreamed of doing for our Honeymoon, and actually where we were able to go for our 25th anniversary.  Dreams do sometimes come true, just not when we are dreaming them.  The photo is mine.  I used  "AZ-Layered-Floral-Alphabets-Big-Bundle-Graphics-22751382" that I had downloaded from Creative Fabrica.  The Plumeria  flowers were from "Plumeria-2-1803239" also from C F.  I did not put a shadow on the text at the top because I didn't like the way it looked and I tried several settings. I am happy with it and I guess that is what counts.    P S that alphabet bundle is now on sale for $3.00  " https://www.creativefabrica.com/product/a-z-layered-floral-alphabets-big-bundle/ "

  3. Here is my February Palette page. I made a pattern from the colors and then used the kaleidoscope tool on that for the background.   The Mushroom was an outline only that I downloaded somewhere and then painted with the colors.    It took me quite a while playing with this, partly because I had not used some of the techniques in a while and had to re-learn how to use some of them.   Trish--Both of yours are beautiful.

  4. Here is my PHOTO SWITCH picture.  Sue provided the beautiful macros of the Damselflies, The background is from one of my photos taken by the Kaskaskia River. The frame is one I downloaded from digitalscrapbook.com. The flies and mosquitos were from Creative Fabrica. (I read that the Damselflies eat them as well as other things) The font is Matisse ITC.  The colors of  the font I created from 4 colors I took from the pictures and used the pattern creator and then blurred it some.  I used the eraser tool with a fuzzy selection on the edges of the damselflie photos.

  5. Thanks Cassel and everyone for responding to my problem of the text disappearing when resizing.  I seldom use the feature of text wrapping  so I don't remember having that problem.  I remember the class on that, but it has been a while. For some reason, I usually do my resizing after I save my full size as jpg, so that is probably why I don't remember this problem.

  6. Here is the final project for this Bootcamp.  I have enjoyed refreshing my memory about how to do some of the things presented in the projects.  Even with it being not my first time, I have made some goofs, and appreciate Cassel pointing them out to me.  I did go back and fix them but didn't repost the adjusted projects.  I have especially enjoyed seeing all the posts from everyone. It is amazing how far along some of the newbies have come  This really says a lot about how well done Cassel's instructions are.  I can't believe how many hours I have spent doing these projects, mostly trying to decide on pictures and colors etc.    Hmmm I have no idea why the text disappeared when I reduced this to save as jpg. I did not notice it until I had already submitted it and had to go back and redue it and did not know how to get rid of the first picture.

  7. Here is my project 3. The photos are mine taken at the pond at my Church.  The bird in the upper left is one I created a while back from (Sparrow-Mandala-Line-Art-Style-3375101)  The feathers are from (Watercolor-Feathers-Collection-668831) both are from Creative Fabrica I think.  The poem is one I created for this project.

  8. Thanks Cassel. The window is round, it is way up high and when seeing it  from the floor but fairly close it does look oval.  I know in the picture it is too small to see, but you could actually see the crane basket behind it so I decided to leave it oval shaped so as not to distort that.  I had considered making it round though.

  9. Here is my project 2  (day 5) Staying withe my theme of my Church.  The papers are ones I have saved over the years for various places. The hard hat and tool box are from Creative Fabrica , the rain drop in the cloud I created in another program using a raindrop paper. The stained glass oval is from a picture I took of that same window from inside.

  10. Like some of the other folks that have done this more than once, I got a little carried away.  I remember how many things I learned to do the first time I did Bootcamp and like to repeat it to jog my memory about some things I don't use often.

  11. The first thing I noticed was you still had the pan tool selected. (the little hand at the top of the list) instead of the pick tool that is just under it.  I can't count the times I have forgotten to go to the pic tool and wondered why things were not working and then kicked myself when I realized it.  I know better. LOL

  12. Cassel, This one is showing on that page and it is different than what I get. Perhaps it is just different view of the newer pallet.  It is no big deal, I have gotten used to using the one I documented.  P S I did sign up a day late for this bootcamp, Should I have received the sandwich link today?
