  1. I finally finished day 2.  I made lots of notes for myself on creating the masks and I think I can finally do that again.  I was able to make the plaid, but didn't make notes, so I will go back to try to get that figured out better.  This statue is at my church that was named after this saint.
  2. Q P 7  Frosty Windows.  Over the years whenever there has been pretty frost designs on the windows, I have taken some pictures.  I selected one and played around with it until I could get a colored background on it to show off the designs.  That took a lot of playing around, but I am glad I finally found a way to use one of those pics.  The font for the title is French Script MT.  The snowflakes are a picture tube.
  3. I plan on giving this one another shot.  I need to create a page of notes this time, because I don't use masks often and I tend to forget how to do them.  I will look forward to the extra masks for Diamond members.
  4. Cassel - No it was not an eclipse, it was just a night with some interesting clouds moving fast, and for some reason at times the moon looked like that.  It was taken within a block of my home.  Once I saw it, I stayed out taking pictures until the clouds blocked everything else.  I did get a some of an eclipse about a month later.  The moon was darker during that one.
  5. This was cor the Honeymoon challenge.  Our actually Honeymoon was very short, only 4 days, and was spent at my family's fishing cabin on Table Rock Lake in the Ozarks.  This is actually from what we dreamed of doing for our Honeymoon, and actually where we were able to go for our 25th anniversary.  Dreams do sometimes come true, just not when we are dreaming them.  The photo is mine.  I used  "AZ-Layered-Floral-Alphabets-Big-Bundle-Graphics-22751382" that I had downloaded from Creative Fabrica.  The Plumeria  flowers were from "Plumeria-2-1803239" also from C F.  I did not put a shadow on the text at the top because I didn't like the way it looked and I tried several settings. I am happy with it and I guess that is what counts.    P S that alphabet bundle is now on sale for $3.00  " https://www.creativefabrica.com/product/a-z-layered-floral-alphabets-big-bundle/ "

  7. Here is my February Palette page. I made a pattern from the colors and then used the kaleidoscope tool on that for the background.   The Mushroom was an outline only that I downloaded somewhere and then painted with the colors.    It took me quite a while playing with this, partly because I had not used some of the techniques in a while and had to re-learn how to use some of them.   Trish--Both of yours are beautiful.
  8. Here is my PHOTO SWITCH picture.  Sue provided the beautiful macros of the Damselflies, The background is from one of my photos taken by the Kaskaskia River. The frame is one I downloaded from digitalscrapbook.com. The flies and mosquitos were from Creative Fabrica. (I read that the Damselflies eat them as well as other things) The font is Matisse ITC.  The colors of  the font I created from 4 colors I took from the pictures and used the pattern creator and then blurred it some.  I used the eraser tool with a fuzzy selection on the edges of the damselflie photos.
  9. Thanks Cassel and everyone for responding to my problem of the text disappearing when resizing.  I seldom use the feature of text wrapping  so I don't remember having that problem.  I remember the class on that, but it has been a while. For some reason, I usually do my resizing after I save my full size as jpg, so that is probably why I don't remember this problem.
  10. Here is the final project for this Bootcamp.  I have enjoyed refreshing my memory about how to do some of the things presented in the projects.  Even with it being not my first time, I have made some goofs, and appreciate Cassel pointing them out to me.  I did go back and fix them but didn't repost the adjusted projects.  I have especially enjoyed seeing all the posts from everyone. It is amazing how far along some of the newbies have come  This really says a lot about how well done Cassel's instructions are.  I can't believe how many hours I have spent doing these projects, mostly trying to decide on pictures and colors etc.    Hmmm I have no idea why the text disappeared when I reduced this to save as jpg. I did not notice it until I had already submitted it and had to go back and redue it and did not know how to get rid of the first picture.
