I went one step farther, I did screenshots of each step and put them in order on a letter size paper and saved it to my desktop and printed it too.

I just signed in. I did get a better idea about working with masks from the template workshop 2024 so I am looking forward to trying this one again. I have never been much of as mask user (partly because I always had trouble with them for some reason) but if I finally get it to stay in my head this time, I will probably use them more.

I have a gas stove so the broiler is on the bottom. It came with a broiler pan with two layers a slotted one and a drip pan under it. I make sure after I have put the steaks on a plate to take the pan to the sink and use the sprayer to rinse the " good stuff " off the top into the pan below. Then I empty the water with all those good seasonings into a pot to make some Au Jus to use with the steaks or put away for later. I guess because the steaks are pretty lean there isn't a lot of fat in it. Of course with today's prices I don't do many steaks anymore.

This was one of the dingbats in today 2/26/24 free font on Creative Fabrica. " House-Plants-29702631" I used one of them and put it on a wood background and did the cut out the way Cassel showed us how to do in the recent workshop. I thought it turned out pretty so I am posting it.

I created this one for the challenge --- https://scrapbookcampus.com/invision/forums/topic/1634-january-string-of-words-challenge-2024/?vgo_ee=WImv8ZbX0V2OVMo7jXIFuXLkR8paCHociubarwrrq%2F1IzIbO6E4y%3Akyh5hX%2Fm7YnWp%2FA5862zDrk%2BGomvFGG%2F

I wasn't sure where to put the new word so it is above the pic. I also forgot to say the background pic was created from a screenshot from "Osprey Nest - Charlo Montana" The children was from a pic downloaded from C F "2WtkBZf2xnOpBFh15xKUDtjNaL0-medium"

I did not purchase it either, mostly because I don't think I would use it much except for in these challenges, so I am glad Cassel reminded us how to do it the long way.

I just wanted to say Thanks to Cassel for this great workshop. I have learned so much. I never ceases to amaze me seeing all the wonderfully creative and different takes everyone has posted from the same few templates. Well done everyone. I will be sure to keep checking in for a few days too.

Here is my take on day 7. I kept hem hawing about what to do for this one. I got lucky and got the picks in my yard this morning. The squirrels were really active today. Yesterday we had freezing rain from about 3AM to noon. I did not go anywhere.

Day 5 Moon photos are mine. Font is Castellar. I have lost track of where the background and other stuff are from. I didn't make notes while working on it.

Day 4 Magnolia tree from two years ago. Last year a hard frost came a just the wrong time after the tree had bloomed out. Bummer. The text is am-intex or at least that is what it is called on my PC, the background is "cpjess-springskies-paper-blueskies folder" at least that is how I have it labeled.

Thanks for sharing this. I would say there has been a lot of improvement over the years, and it just keeps getting better.

Yes there is, I wondered the same thing until I looked a little closer. The vid is at the top. At first it looks like just a picture of her first project, but the little play arrow is hard to see because it is sort of hiding in the "P" at the end of the last word, but it is the vid for day two.

I hope your ear problems get better soon. I really like the way you made the dots colorful.

For the moment at least, I have gotten the hang of making masks. Next time I try may be a completely different story, but at least I can always go back to the saved written instructions again.

We had a pretty snow a week or so ago and I took the pictures of the berries then. Yesterday we had below 0 f temps and the frost was from one of my windows. BRRR!

X = Xrays for when you hurt yourself (falling off your bike, down the mountain, drop a weight on your foot, or just falling over from exhaustion)

LOL. That sounds like me. I remember as a kid my Dad said everything I tried to sing came out sounding like Jingle Bells. I still remember that over 60 years later. He was probably right. I am so bad when I try to sing along to a song I like, it sounds so bad I have to tell myself to shut up and enjoy the music. That was a wonderful tribute Ann made to her Mother.

R = Running a marathon. (or for some of us older folks walking fast for several blocks)
