Let's make things a little fun for you. Are you looking for ways to spark your creativity and still create something meaningful? This will be a new monthly challenge for you. Every month, you will be given instructions to use 1, 2 and 3 of something. Would that be more than you usually use? or less? Let's see.

Create a layout using :

1 Ticket (or ticket stub)

2 Photos

3 Ribbons

As for the other elements, you can have any number of them. You can have buttons, papers, flowers, mats, etc.

Are you up to it?

I had done a birthday card for my Brother-in-law which had 1 ticket and two photos, so I just added three ribbons (2 straight and 1 bow). The ribbons I made using the Ribbon Factory script from Cassel, then I used the Bow6 script, also from Cassell, to make the bow. The out-of-bounds technique was from Cassel's Out Of This World Masterclass.

Marlene loved your card, the out of bound effect looks great, this technique I will have to try. Below is my first effort for the 1-2-3-Challenge for May. My topic is an Evening of Dance. The 2 pictures are from a kit I purchased, however, the main girl had a bun in her hair so I decided to create a covering for it to add some interest. I made the little flower for the covering and did the wispy net look with Particle Shop plugin. I placed a ribbon at her waist to make the 3 ribbon required for challenge and I made the ticket from scratch using Cassel's tutorial. I have a couple more ideas for this challenge so I might post them when done.

Marlene, April, great pages and techniques... so many details... Really great!

I don't known yet how to do a ticket... so many things to learn!

Here is my contribution for this challenge: I made the papers using the dot and plaid technique taught by Cassel in "Build your Baby Book" masterclass. For the title, I used the Powder Texture Alpha freebie and arranged the letter with the help of the Snap on/off Script. Very helpful.

I also used the Edge Font2 mat and Paper cutout Freebie. I made the ribbons and added the stitches (Stitching with Fonts). I used the Lifted Photo Script on the ticket photo. The snowman element is a freebie "Merry and Bright" from Haper Finch.

Cristina,  your page  is  really lovely  and your layout on the page very creative .. I love the little frames you put on the photo's. The stitching effect on the ribbon looks great.. I must try that. Well done Cristina!   Look forward to seeing more of you projects.

April, thank you so much for your kind comment! I find very good to see each other's work, the use of different techniques... sometimes small details that make all the difference. So, if you have another project, please share with us. :)

The use of the small frames I have learned watching Cassel's Scrapbook Basic Course- Module 1- Here we are.

And a correction: The name of the designer, who created the snowman element is Harper Finch.
