Day 6, Diamond template. Ann and Maryann came to the beach with friends where they spent the entire weekend being royalty. During our weekend, they were pickleball queens.

Day 4 We were at the beach 3 days + 2 travel days. I did the entire workshop from those photos + the sketch challenge.

A group of us decided to take a "girls trip" to the beach. Then someone said, "why don't we try to find a pickleball tournament while we are there?" And we did. We had a blast but it was cold...and rainy! In this layout, some of the ladies were in the restroom...it had heat!

Yes, pickleball is pretty much everywhere.

Here's all 8 of us with our 8 gold medals. It was a very cold day.

Pickleball is a realativly new sport...just a little over 50 years old. It is a paddle sport, similar to tennis and badminton, played on a smaller court with a plastic ball and paddles. It's a fun and social game that's easy to learn but can be fast-paced and competitive. It involves hitting the ball over a net until one side fails to return it or commits a rule infraction. Google it...it is very popular...fastest growing sport in the world...or at least, the US.

Last weekend 8 of us went to the beach (brrr) for a ladies weekend. While there we competed in a pickleball tournament.
