  1. Fabulous Cassell, you must be really chuffed because your co-workers are obviously fond of you. I wish you a wonderful and relaxed retirement ... although I can't imagine that "relax" will be part of your agenda, lol! <3
  2. I love all three of these pages Sue, my nature loving friend, beautiful work ... of course! The world has gone topsy turvey as far as weather patterns go. I heard on the news that Canada has had a flood of heat realated deaths, how bizarre! Definitely not something I would expect to hear about Canada. Here in Australia the delta variant of COVID19 has taken a bit of a hold and state border closures are up and down like yo yos. In Bundaberg we are experiencing a wet winter ... now that is unheard of! For as far back as man has been able to research there has been climate change so instead of trying to change that (as if) perhaps we just need to start looking at ways to adapt to it ... and ways to stop harming nature! Stepping down from the pulpit, lol! ;D
  3. Hello Scrapbook Campers.  This is for the theme ... I love seashells so I will be indulging myself with this challenge.  Photo courtesy of Unsplash, frame is Cassels, bow from my stash, wordart my own as are the background, border and tag.  Bead element on the tag is from Cassel's script.  Fonts are Primrose and Starfish ... the alpha is from Far Far Hills.  The little quote in the wordart seems to be a very popular one but there is no mention of the author.  Thanks for takin a peek my friends.  ;D
  4. Laurie your travel tale is most interesting. You put a smile on my face when you said you were disappointed with your leather tag ... I cannot begin to tell you how many times some of mine have gone into the rubbish bin, lol! A lovely page my friend, keep on keeping on and a perfect leather tag will just pop up one day. ;D
  5. Dear Minka, your life is a traveller's adventure, lol! You are always so informative. Thanks for your lovely comments my friend and I hope your barn renos go smoothly. New computers are always ... a pain and exciting at one and the same time! Hugs to ya my friend. ;D
  6. Love your page and fab information regards the boulder and the painter. History is such fascinating stuff. Well, I think we can all say we have travelled around a bit during this challenge ... and it has been very enjoyable! Thanks dear Corrie. ;D
  7. I love text on a path and these tutorials are excellent.  This one is a simple play.  The background is a journal card by Rachel Etrog from PixelScrappers.  The paint splash is by Gina Jones from PixelScrappers.  I created the flower using the pen tool and was thus able to place the text on the flower stem.  The two fonts are Anmari and Bite Chocolate.  Thanks for takin a peek my friends.  ;D
