Oscar the cat was chirping at something last night and Max and Jack (also cats) were watching. I didn't see what it was they saw so cannot say if it was Markus. I had so much fun with the Campus Dozen and learned some things too, which is always a plus. A big thank you for putting that together. Congratulations to all the winners.

Sounds like I missed some games. I never saw those. Like you, I love learning all I can about PSP. It has so many nooks, corners and crannies. I have been at is since 2010 and am still learning things.

Thank you. No, not a picture tube. I searched high and low for it so have no idea where I got it but far and away most of what I use is for-pay scrap kits so it is probably from one of those. I made the denim from one of Carole's tutorials.

After the August windows update, my Mura's filters, as well as some others, quit working. It saddened me greatly especially as I could no longer make circular images. Imagine my delight when I came across Carole's lesson for making Circular Elements! I had completely forgotten about the polar effect. I tried it out on this v-e-r-y simple quickie image.

It surprised me how easy it is to make a Flair Button so of course I had to go try my hand at making one right away. The photos are from when we lived in France many years ago. The little girl in the flair button is me.

There was a time when I used the vector scripts often but at some point I couldn't get them to work anymore. It made me v-e-r-y happy to come across Carole's blog post Using the Vector Tube Script. I had forgotten that my paths needed to be converted to a path! Such a simple "fix". I am happily using those scripts again. This is the first image I tried the vector tube script on after coming across Carole's help.

I even read through that twice yesterday to make sure I got the names right but still failed. My apologies for getting it wrong Rene.

LOL Well I am seeing this much to late but maybe it will help Rene. I had gone there many times but sometimes I just don't "click" with things. heh Last trip was a winner.
-
I cannot begin to count the times I went there but it just never "clicked" with me. Doh!!!! I have it now. ?

Like Rene, I also cannot find the letter R. The clue is #8. I have spent part of last night on this and all of this afternoon. 4 of my 6 cats are on my desk telling me it is past dinner time. LOL

I created the scalloped edge with what I learned from the Double Scallops lesson in the Diamond members scrapbook section but now when I click the link for that lesson it takes me HERE which is obviously the wrong destination. In any case, the paper used is from Joyful Heart. I made the Hello September greeting and the mask. I generated the woman image with Bing Ai. Other things are from Just Because Studio.

This is gorgeous! I also love dandelions (one of my favorite flowers). You did a great job with the seeds and I love your gorgeous photo including the close up of Mr. Bee.

You could have told her it's called artistic license...or mixed media. haha Oh well. I am sure she told you in love.

Beautiful!! Just laying eyes on it made me go ahhhhhhhhh and feel relaxed. Love images with the ability to touch the viewer.

Yes! More flowers and most especially if they are sunflowers. My favorite! Using two colors for the text really made the whole image pop.

I love doing masking, especially with brushes since one has so much more control that way. Your creation is gorgeous.

Omigosh Suzy - you have me cracking up. Sure glad there wasn't anything in my mouth! Too funny. I actually use the DeepL translator because some ladies from France told me it translated better than Google. Since my French is extremely limited, I took their word for it. It is free and I just use the scissors to grab the text. https://www.deepl.com/translator And thank you for the lovely compliment.
-
Watching the Get The Scissors diamond master class a week or so ago inspired me to make the following image. I made everything in the image except the photo which is a wallpaper that can be downloaded from many sites. The Chinese writing was made with a translator and says "I love to photograph nature" which is what the man (made with AI) is doing. LOL

I got to thinking, the Out of Bound Technique image does not have to stand on its own, so I blurred it for a background, after having misted part of it and then put my out of bound image on the top and framed the whole image. I have a lot of fun with this technique. Thanks Carole!

When I came across the blog post with the Out of Bound Technique I just had to give it a try. What fun! Here is what I think was my 2nd try at it.

Psp 2023 has been one huge headache for me because of all the bugs, including the layers palette bug, and now I am unable to get the update 2 installed. I do not know if this has anything to do with it but this months windows 10 update broke some of my 32 bit plugins, including Mura's Meister, which I miss greatly. I do not know what "broke" so do not know how to fix it. As far as Update 2, I have closed all psp versions, turned off my anti-virus and my browser guard. The installer gets to 1% complete and then the screen changes to say "Fatal error during installation." There is no reason or error number given. A tab then opens on my browser with the note, "An error occurred which prevents the server from processing this page." I have tried several times, including restarting my pc to try again. It just isn't working and isn't giving any clues as to why. I went through all the posts and no one else seems to be having this problem. ??? I don't know what else to do except wait until next month and see if the Sept. windows update fixes whatever it is they broke this month. As already noted, I am running windows 10. My psp 2023 is Ultimate though I doubt that has anything to do with anything. It is currently at version 25.1.0.32x64.
