Cassel Posted May 15, 2016 Posted May 15, 2016 On May 1st, 2016, we had the live class called Out of this World where we showed the basic Out of bound technique but with an additional twist. For the next few weeks, that class is available to watch, as long as you are logged in the Campus. Check it here, and show us what you can do with these techniques.
Wanda (Sue) McGuire Posted May 15, 2016 Posted May 15, 2016 This is a bit different but this is my takes for "out of this world"
Cassel Posted May 15, 2016 Author Posted May 15, 2016 Well, that is EXACTLY what the out of bound is about, and your result is lovely!!! Thanks for sharing!
Wanda (Sue) McGuire Posted May 15, 2016 Posted May 15, 2016 Thank you very much! I always find a few things after the fact that I missed. I really enjoyed the video
Wendy1672511069 Posted May 16, 2016 Posted May 16, 2016 I did these two pages after following the Out of Bounds tutorial. Hope you like them. https://i100.photobucket.com/albums/m20/wendypusey/e8901a56-d066-47c9-99f4-88f41a9ba07e_zpsjxgauzxw.jpghttps://i100.photobucket.com/albums/m20/wendypusey/4a29100c-6fff-48a5-8614-5555591e83dc_zps1ue7xydz.jpg
Cassel Posted May 16, 2016 Author Posted May 16, 2016 Oh WOW!!!! Wendy, that is fantastic! You got great photos for that "double-photo" out of bound effect, and the result is stunning! Can you post them on the Pinboard too (with a link back to the class)? I think this should inspire many others to try it. Thanks for trying, and sharing this great result!
Cassel Posted May 16, 2016 Author Posted May 16, 2016 Have already pinned them to the Pinboard. Great! Have you ever considered posting those creations on the Corel Paintshop Pro FB page? They have what is called #FanFriday where people can post various projects made with PSP and they pick 8 per week to showcase on their blog. It would be great to see projects OTHER than just photo editing being picked. Here is their link: https://www.facebook.com/corelpaintshop/ and you just add the #FanFriday hashtag.
Cassel Posted May 16, 2016 Author Posted May 16, 2016 Sorry Cassel but I don’t do Facebook. No problem. You can also email them at FanFridays@corel.com It will end up on the same desk :)
Cassel Posted May 16, 2016 Author Posted May 16, 2016 Oh Wanda, that is such a cool idea. The overlapping frames are perfect for this, and leaving the original in place, faded in the background is very interesting! I love it!
Wendy1672511069 Posted May 17, 2016 Posted May 17, 2016 Another Out of Bounds page. Pinned to PSP Scrapbook Showcase https://i100.photobucket.com/albums/m20/wendypusey/f2cba794-3693-483b-9710-027d94401f63_zps1zjln0bq.jpg
Sheila Hogg Posted May 18, 2016 Posted May 18, 2016 I have been playing with these 2 images I got from Pixel bay. I used Photozoom on the horse image and impressed that it did a great job before I tubed it. TFL.
