Christiane Posted July 7 Posted July 7 Hi there, I hope you're all well and healthy. It's been a while since I was here but I have a problem. I want to check a photo my husband was taking in last year's holiday. Something was wrong. When I open it I've got this message (see screenshots below) and the result was wrong. What can I do to get the colors more natural? Thanks in advance and have a nice start to the week. Christiane
Sue Thomas Posted July 7 Posted July 7 (edited) Personally, I have never had this pop up before, maybe it was downloaded from an outside source, such as facebook or a phone. If it was me I would disregard it, by clicking don't show this screen again. As for cleaning up the photo, and colour editing, there are many tools available. Try brightness and contrast, with a contrast of around 8. Edited July 7 by Sue Thomas
Bonnie Ballentine Posted July 7 Posted July 7 It usually pops up for me when I am using a photo taken by a phone. I click OK and all is well. PSP wants to save the changes which I usually do.
Christiane Posted July 7 Author Posted July 7 Thank you, all. 🙏 I'll try to get it to a normal level. 👍
