How to update the program(s) you use

We have added a feature that will help others guide you, if you happen to have any technical difficulties or questions.

Step 1. Go to your forum Profile

Step 2. Click Edit Profile

Step 3. Scroll to the bottom and you will see Programs used. Fill out the information as appropriate for your usage.

Step 4. You will see that information appear under your name, in the forum.

This will be helpful when you ask a technical question, so we know what program you might be referring to.
